What waste of time
What waste of time, not a reward in any way. Set everything up correctly, checked by logging out and then in on the day. Now I come to use the credit and BT just keeps saying they can't find my account

I dont like the fact I only have a…
I dont like the fact I only have a virtual card option, I prefer to be able to spend as and where I like online or directly in shops and there should be an option to get a physical card as per previous provider with a small charge. Also 1 year valid date should be longer at least 2 years before the card expires.

It was very difficult to obtain this card,now it has disappeared from the my bt app. AndI have not used it yey!! I also had to open an account with username and password,which I will never use again!

No Digital Wallet function
Not having a wallet function to allow for in store face to face transactions, was a disappointment.

Two significant issues with Purecards
There are two significant issues with these plastic cards:
1) They are an environmental disaster - because they have an embedded microchip and a magnetic stripe they cannot be recycled; because they are prepaid cards that cannot be topped-up they are only used for a short time; all these millions of non-reusable Purecards end up in landfill.
2) They cannot be used as part payment towards transactions, so users are often left with unused balances on their cards and do not get to spend the full card value.
Purecard say that a large number of Purecards issued are virtual, but they don't publish the proportion which suggests it isn't high. It would be good to know whether they have any plan to stop using plastic for their cards.

A large amount of Pure Card are offered as a digital with no card needing to be provided at all, however we do appreciate the need to to keep environmental impact to the lowest possible - it is really important to us.
This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to use gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Not got my card yet , well I received it but can’t access it nothing but trouble with my broadband, should’ve stayed with my last provider.
Can’t access my account, alarms won’t link to the router but Bt know this & ask for a review!!!!!
