a joke of a company been waiting 22 weeks for a refund, will never use them again. ring email and you get the same story and can't give a date to get your own money back but happy to take people's money avoid them...

After reading the negative reviews, I understand why everyone is saying exactly the same thing, they are a disgraceful company who fob you off, no questions answered, numerous e mails, phone calls, messages and still not had a refund, we put the claim form in on the 27th April, they have had our money for two and a half years. They say they are having problems with the suppliers, well I've tried to email them 'MS Grand Rose & Siva Grand Hotel' and all you get is a warning message advising you that you're at risk and you're details are at risk, insecure, unsafe etc and that is through red seas. I know we are not the only ones waiting to hear about the refunds that we are owed, I have contacted watch dog and I am now going to have to take legal steps against the company this has caused so much stress for me and my friend, all I can say is I don't trust them, they are a truly a disgusting company who don't give a dam about anyone but themselves. If I could give them 0 rating I would. 26 weeks and still waiting and waiting and waiting FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!

Been waiting 12 weeks for a refund, keep getting the same email "we are having issues from our suppliers" absolute rob dogs do not use this company.

Booked a holiday which was cancelled due to CV19, filled in the refund form in June, dispite numerous calls where I am told they are working through a back log (from where, noone has been to Egypt for months and months) I have STILL not received my refund!
You are constantly told the same thing, practically scripted! They need to realise that the money does not belong to them and return it, this has put me off ever using them again as the treatment we have received has been shocking.

I would give the robbing company less if I could. They just make excuses and promise a refund then extend it each time. Never ever book through these thieves.

After having our money for two years we thought maybe it would be safer in our bank oh no think again at a rate of 10.5 percent interest rate over two years they only charged us £300 pounds for the convenience this would have our 14th stay to egypt gutted the way we gave been treated

Worse company ever, was due to go april 2020 obviously due to covid got cancelled so we re booked for march this year and again obviously cancelled. Trying to get a refund is a joke. I've phoned them, emailed them and just keep getting fobbed off. Because they are working from home no-one they don't seem to communicate with each other. Will NEVER book with Red Sea Holidays again.

They still are not getting the refunds out to customers had my money for getting on for 2 years now and even after covid has been around this long they are still messing about, you just cant trust them. Get in contact with your bank and ask them to do a charge back. It may be the only way you ever see your money.

I have just spoken to a Red Sea representative Abby Shannon with regards to a refund that I have been outstanding for 10 months. Her friendly and positive / understanding approach / attitude towards my query was fully commended and appreciated. Abbey was not on commission for her advice which was sound and I hopefully can now pursue the money thats owed to me from Teletext Holidays, who in my opinion are the complete opposite to Abby and her actions. Abby thanks very much for your help.

our holiday got cancelled but Red Sea Holidays were able to offer a very good discount for re booking, and it wasn’t to much trouble to do.

I have a very good experience during the pandemic booking with them, and fingers crossed all is ok.

The staff at Red Sea holidays always go the extra mile and that’s why I have now booked my 12th holiday again with them.

Booked with redsea before the pandemic decided we wanted to take a refund instead. The staff were very helpful and got the refund back on time. Would use them again when covid isn’t an issue.

Booked a holiday with Red Sea Holidays but it unfortunately got cancelled because of covid. The staff were so helpful and I was able to re-book my holiday with no problems at all!

The staff at Red Sea Holidays are very friendly, and are always there every step of the way.

We love the Red Sea, ad all the hotel staff are fantastic.

Holiday booked before covid 19 now we know no flights going on dates we have booked still trying to get redsea to refund so we can rebook another holiday they are a bloody joke 1st and last time I will ever book with them my advise avoid dont even touch them with a 20ft barge pole

Booked a holiday within Thomas cook with red sea being the 3rd party, have paid over £2500 which red sea saying they have yet to receive any money...but bank statements say different...
The support team are rude and unhelpful and are always being pasted back to other people. I've provided the information they have requested several times but are told this information does not prove I'm paying for that holiday..
We are now seeking legal action against the company.

Our holiday has been cancelled due to Covid-19.

We phoned yesterday to request a refund for the holiday package. We were spoken to in such a horrible and derogatory manner, and when we asked to speak to a Manager and make a formal complaint, the woman on the phone said “Yes no problem, I am a manager, Good bye”, and hung up.

Absolutely disgusting service and support, and we will not recommend this company to anyone after the experienced we received.

To date, we’ve still not had a refund request emailed through.

Avoid at all costs.

Booked a holiday to Hurghada for 6 adults in August 2019 for 2 weeks in September 2020. Due to Covid I have been checking the flights only to find that Tui are not flying on the day we are supposed to go. Red sea are still advertising flights that do not exist and taking your money with a smile on there face. I have made that many phone calls and still no nearer an answer as to when they will let us know if it is cancelled or moved to another date. There response to my questions has been "I cannot answer that question", and even had the phone put down on me......excellent customer service ....not!!
I will never book with them again and recommend that you take note. You can book the same hotels with Golden ticket etc.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Due to covid I cannot take my Egypt holiday booked with RSH. They are refusing to refund and are saying it’s my Travel Ins company that have to. They are unhelpful wont listen to reason even though by law it is the travel suppliers duty. I am out of pocket £2800 and I am still battling as they simply refuse. Very very worrying.

I had a holiday booked with this company , I have used them many times before & they issue you an Atol certificate , guaranteeing to get you on holiday & complete your holiday. .... however :
I arrived in Sharm , Egypt Sunday evening , Tuesday evening we were informed due to C19 we should pack ASAP as they were returning us All to the UK , the rep stated Red Sea holidays would either give us another holiday or give us our money back .
On our Return Red Sea Holidays have refused to do either !!! We had a 7 day all inclusive holiday we had 2 days of our holiday !!!
Red Sea holidays !! What’s the point of issuing an Atol / certificate when if the customer needs it you refuse to honour its promise !!! I had 5 days AI holiday left , where’s my money ???
