Unfortunately, I lost my holiday because of the Thomas Cook Airlines collapse, and alternative flights were not available .... Red Sea Holidays were simply First Class in what must have been very difficult circumstances for them ..... I received a full refund, and will certainly book with them again, as they are the best ...... I have travelled with them for many years, a few times a year, and found them to be excellent, their Customer Service is outstanding ..... I also like the Red Sea Hotels Group, for value for money they cannot be beaten.

Just got back from Hurghada last week, I was waiting for this holiday for months, when I got there I just wanted for the time to pass to get back home. The hotel was rated at 5* I would give the most 2*, the room was dated and you would only receive water if you ask for it, staff very rude and they were expecting a tip even for a toilet roll. You could not have a peaceful walk on the streets because at every corner was people asking for money.The beach was like 300m away, you have to go through another hotel. At the beach you cannot have a minute of peace because of staff coming over and trying to sell you all kinds of stuff like massage , snorkeling, tattoos, drinks because ohh yeah they say it’s all inclusive but that’s not quite true, you have to pay for some drinks and food. Talking about food that was horrible like it had sand in it, everything was crunchy. Luckily we had some great 2 days at the snorkeling and at the Valley of the Kings, our guide Sameh Ismael was brilliant, very knowledgeable and took care of our group, hence why I gave 2 stars .So if you decide to go I would highly recommend to visit Valley of the Kings, is just something else. I wouldn’t go again if they would give me the holiday for free.

Great firm, had no problems what so ever. Great price for a great holiday....will use again.

Over Priced and Rubbish Customer Service!
We went Hurgarda 5star all inclusive..Sunwing Hotel Paid more then other holiday makers from Europe.
FOOD at buffet was rubbish.
My son got ill and was in hospital, hotel showed no concerns and we could not get hold Red Sea Holidays.
Excursions were way over priced 4x more then local!
Complained to Red Sea Holidays they just fobbed us off!
Will not recommend them!
Please avoid over price and bad customer service!

This company are advertising hotels which they claim are 5 stars when in fact they are in a dangerous condition and no where near 5 stars. The hotel we stayed at was not only homophobic it was in a very dangerous condition.
When you complain they just fob you off and don't really care !

I think thing must have changed since I used Redsea holidays. I have just booked our third trip to Hurgadah.
First trip was five years ago, resort stay and Nile cruise. Hotel was perfect. Friendly staff very clean and the Thompson rep was very helpful. On the cruise the boat we where booked on was not running so we where upgraded and the room was excellent with a great river view.
Second trip three years ago, same hotel, same rating except for a few loutish tourists which to my dismay turned out to be British. Again very helpful rep who arranged trip to Cairo with no problems.
I suppose I will find out if things have changed when we go back in July, but don't expect to be disappointed.
Would recommend looking at the hotel prior to booking but our hotel was rated 5star and lived up to its rating.

AVOID RED SEA HOLIDAYS
This Company do not care when customer's have paid a lot of money for a holiday, and come home feeling cheated and lied to by their Reps, their Reps also beg for money, unacceptable behaviour, we were also charged a £100 for upgrade on a Nile Cruise Ship and received no benefit for this whatsoever, the room was the same size as the others and we had no beautiful Nile view, complete waste of money and an absolute disgrace, do not book with this Company, and reading the other reviews this Company is consistently letting people down, save your money or book with a reputable Company who care about their customers

We booked a 5star thru verycheapholidays.co.uk and guess what you are lucky if it is 2 star
The pools have hundreds of tiles missing and a hazard to anyone swimming. The grand resort is dated and dull. The photos of the beach on the website are of another hotel as this one is not on the beach at all.
Contacting the company before we left as a disabled passenger who is a wheelchair user I just wanted to check that assistance at both airports was booked
Their reply check with who you booked with.... how rude
We were told the hotel is disabled adapted...... it is not at all . You have a steep ramp that takes 3 people to get you up in a wheelchair and you take your life in your own hands when coming out of the restaurant
I would like an explanation as to why they sell these sham holidays and expect compensation for ours as we will be contacting the CEO on return

Avoid this company at all costs. They over rate hotels, and the customer service you are offered is diabolical.

I also had input my married name by error when my passport is my maiden name and was told point blank "I pay £50 or £150 if I didn't do it soon" was the wording of the advisor almost like a threat. I understand I made the error and every company almost charges to name change however the flight is with Thomas Cook who only charge £20 to change the flight.

Will not recommend to anyone and will never use again and advise everyone else to avoid if you want a stress free holiday.
