I was initially introduced to RefiJet from SoFi. I was online doing a query pertaining to my refinance options. I was contacted within minutes by Luke Nelson one of their customer representatives. We discussed my overall objectives in refinancing, my concerns and finally my options. After providing a few documents of my vehicle I was offered the deal that I had been looking for. Moreover, Luke offered me a slew of options to enhance my refinance and to protect my vehicle. Exceptional service, polite and knowledgeable is how I would describe Mr. Nelson. He is an asset to RefiJet and is the reason why I will be referring more clients to this company.

I had been looking for a good and honest company to get my car refinanced to get a lower car payment and low and behold I got a letter in the mail from RefiJet and thought I’d give them a try, I’m so thankful I did, it was exactly what I needed lower payment and much lower interest rate, all thank to Minh & Nyana, very professional and honest answering all my questions to my satisfaction, if you need refinancing give RefiJet a holler and ask for Minh and or Nyana, you won’t be disappointed.

i never leave reviews, but i’ve had an experience that no one should. after getting my refinance & finding my new lender - my agent will not answer any texts or calls. my new lender sent them the money to pay off my old loan, but they haven’t sent the money to my previous lender so now my car payment is late.. i’ve never missed a payment. have been told twice they will call me back because they need to talk to the “loan department “ to find the money. no call back.
