My advocate Leah Ennenga was extremely friendly and personable. I felt like I was talking to an actual human who cared about me rather than a robot or someone just trying to make the sale. We refinanced my car and laughed along the way. Would highly recommend her.

Refinancing with Refijet is smooth, stress-free, and powered by smart, user-friendly technology. Agents Curtis and Clyde were amazing delivering a great customer service. I highly recommend their services.

Not customer centric, the agent was giving an attitude from the get go forcing a deal and passive aggressively calling me out stating "stay with your higher interest rate if you don't want this deal", "Why wouldn't you use your high credit score to take advantage", "you will get $xxxx cash back based on this deal" ultimately the new loan at a 2% lower than what I have ends up being more expensive and ends up saying "this is not something that will save you thousand of dollars" very contradicting. He was not giving all the details for me as the customer to consider, overall, very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this service based on this experience. I'm sure they have good agents but this one was rotten. Also, I was drawn to try out RefiJet through a referral website where they listed favorable loan rates and terms, what they show up front is misleading as they will give you a complete different loan deal afterwards.

I reached out to RefiJet hoping to simply lower my car payment on my existing auto loan. My credit is good (well above average), and I just wanted a straightforward refinance with a better rate. Instead, the rep (some pushy guy) spent the whole call trying to upsell me on every add-on under the sun—gap insurance, extended warranties, you name it—like I was buying a used car off the lot.
In the end, the "best" rate they could supposedly get me was still ridiculously high, way worse than what I already had or could find elsewhere. No real savings on the payment at all. And to top it off, they ran my credit (hard pull) multiple times just to tell me this nonsense.
If you're thinking about using them to refinance your car loan, save yourself the hassle and the credit hit. Go straight to a credit union, bank, or another lender that doesn't play these games. RefiJet is basically a middleman fishing for fees and commissions, not actually helping people save money. Total disappointment—steer clear!

I received a letter from Refi and decided to give them a call. It was just another ordinary letter and just another day, but the timing could've not been any better. After calling I knew I was talking to the right person. William Romero made the experience just as asked, I'm a digital guy so keep it simple straight to the point and let's get my information processed. Due to my vehicle being a diesel and the new rate being as expected, I have to say that these top reviews are no lie. I would definitely recommend Refi and might just reach back out years from now if needing to go this route once again.

Spent an afternoon on the phone and submitting paperwork, offered a refinance on my vehicle at 5.2% interest per the rep. Called back the next day to complete the paperwork and was told my interest would be 7.1% instead. What a waste of time.

My experience was easy with the big help of Tim Haddad. He made the process easy and quick with his great explanations and quick response time.

The agent was very patient and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very patient. They helped me through the process step by step.

The customer support was unprofessional and disrespectful from Mr. ( Winthrop Ellsworth ). He did not mention to me some hidden fees over the phone call when I asked him, he said there’s nothing you have to pay, then I did my own research after submitting my documents, thankfully from other ppl reviews I found out there’s a $495 fee, I brought it to his attention over text respectfully asked him, he said there is a $500 and said you never asked me about it, I told him you never mentioned it to be and when I asked you you didn’t say about the fee, then he calls me and gets straight to ( yelling at me and disrespecting me) mind you his not letting me talk and his talking over me then said your a liar and hangs up the call on me.
The rate I got was amazing and I was gonna go forward doing business with them, but unfortunately I got disrespected by Winthrop Ellsworth I decided to not go forward, Horrible customer service !!!

RefiJet's Jeremy Paynter was awesome throughout the entire process. When the refinance was over, I needed assistance and he was there to answer my questions.

I would give it five stars 100% or more this process was so easy. I didn’t think refinancing a car would be this easy or I would’ve done it before my car payment went from over 500 so under 400 and I’m really glad that I’m able to save this much money like thanks to. I believe Jeremy who helped me through the process. It was such an easy process and I definitely would recommend this company. You saved me so much money with GAP which I didn’t have before. thank you.

I had a high-end exotic that needed refinancing. Refijet understood its value and the amount I needed, and they ran my credit to determine if they could secure the refinancing with a bank. In short, they couldn't fund my loan in my state, and wasted my time by running a credit check even though they couldn't approve it.

Pulling my credit first makes no sense. Your process is backwards; you should first determine if my loan is fundable, and then only pull my credit if necessary.

Everybody I worked with was very helpful and friendly.

They added a warranty without my knowledge or permission and I'm a disabled widow on a fixed income. Pulled a fast one on me and I wouldn't recommend them

Kara and Nelly are the best! They are so easy to work with, found the best loan for us, and were always just a text or email away! Their communication was top-notch, and I always felt informed and supported. They were patient and careful to explain every step, answering all my questions even on weekends.
