Renew Able Solutions Bewertungen

First class from start to finish and a lovely bunch of people. Work done considerately and too a very high standard. Would highly recommend for anyone getting an air source heat pump. Many thanks!

Helpful professional experts, very happy to recommend for solar and batteries in particular (which is what I had installed). I'd been searching for a good installer for some time (previous one went bust) and just happened to see a Renew-Able van whilst walking the dog - glad I did.

Throughout our enquiries and installation Alan was extremely helpful. Turned up when promised and did a good job of the installation.
Was excellent in getting to the bottom of issues with our mixed generations of GivEnergy batteries and dealt with all the support and troubleshooting and returned to site once a solution was found.

From the initial consultation to the completed running installation working as expected there were no surprises which means I was very happy. We added an additional 4 solar panels to our roof which few companies would do along with a GivEnergy 9.5kWh battery. Alan was very helpful with all my questions and and understanding of how the installation would go. Having had it during the winter with one power outage I wish we added the capabilty for the battery to power the house during an outage, and also got the bigger Tesla battery. I have found the GivEnergy software not as good as I would had hoped for. Alan provided proposals for both the Tesla battery and backup power but I went for the cheaper options.

From initial introduction to final smooth install all went extremely well. Impressed with Alan's knowledge and
'no pressure' sales. Delighted with all services and already, after seven months, seeing payback with givenergy 9.5kw battery 4.2 kw solar array. Would have no hesitation in recommending Renew Able Solutions.

Alan and the team installed and connected our ground mounted PV system and battery. Having the house run off solar is very satisfying and I would recommend it to anyone, as well as Renew-Able Solutions for the instal. Alan's support post installation has been much appreciated as well

Alan and the team did a great job advising and installing the best suited battery and ev charger for us. We are now reaping the benefits of cheap, clean energy. He was on hand to help with any issues with configuring our GivEnergy Battery and Zappi charger making them work optimally with my energy provider. Very responsive. I would thoroughly recommend Renew-Able

Got Renewables Solutions in to do the solar and battery part of a house renovation. Alan took the time to understand the requirements and talk through options.
During the process Alan dealt with all the necessary paperwork and kept me informed of any delays.
The system ran into a couple of small issues and Alan and his team worked the problem till I was happy with it and the system was working as expected. Cannot fault Alans commitment to be customer service and customer satisfaction
When I decided I needed an extra battery only one place to go.
Would have no hesitation recommending Renewable solutions.

Alan and his team installed a Givenergy All In One battery for me a little over 18 months ago.

The install was well explained with timescales given and followed exactly. The install day was smooth and Alan followed up afterwards to make sure I could work the system.

I had a few questions shortly after install and a couple of issues with the kit (not to do with the install) and Alan has been excellent at answering my questions and chasing the manufacturer for solutions.

18 months later I had another manufacturer issue and couldn’t make progress with Givenergy support. I reached out to Alan just in case and he picked up the phone to the MD of Givenergy who sorted my issue out straight away.

This is not an installer that disappears as soon as they have your money. Alan and the team couldn’t have been more helpful for an issue that was nothing to do with them.

An excellent service from the initial meeting with Alan to the installation. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish. The work was completed without any issues, the team were very friendly and flexible ensuring the installation was neat and tidy. Great job

Fantastic!

From my initial installation consultation with Alan & Robin to the final installation of my EV Charger, Renew-Able Solutions were a pleasure to work with.

The cable is fully hidden around the perimeter of the house and perfectly neat when it does go up into the charger!

They arrived on time and even cleaned up after themselves!

I'm honestly thrilled and would highly recommend Alan & his team!!!

Alan and the team were second to none and were truly professional throughout the whole process from the initial visit to when the system came online and started generating free electricity. This is an exciting new era of clean energy we’re moving into and something people need to feel confident with to adopt in their masses. With Renew-Able Solutions look no further as the knowledge and expertise these guys have, makes that decision really easy. All the documentation, certificates etc to generate electricity are handled by the team and now I can fill my battery and car during the day and even get paid to export anything left over. Amazing!!!

Renew Able Solutions did an absolutely superb job to correct problems caused by another company which is now no longer trading. Paul did a great job correctly rewiring our inverter and battery. Alan did an equally great job getting us MCS approved. Our panels and battery are now helping us to run the electrical needs of the house far more efficiently. Renewable Solutions are very high regarding skills, integrity and honesty, I highly recommend them to you for the proper and correct installation of solar panels, inverters and batteries.

Excellent from system design through to installation… and beyond. At the start of the project the advice on system design/sizing was greatly appreciated as was the assistance obtaining the G99 approval, there is a definite desire to listen to the customer, understand their requirements and “to do it once and do it right”. Once design was agreed installation was relatively quick and professional (20 Solar PV Panels with optimisers, 5kw inverter and 9.5kwh battery). Some post installation technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss, a true measure of a quality installer. I am extremely happy with the system design & performance and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Renew-Able Solutions.

Alan and his team were fantastic - spent lots of time helping me to understand the different options for my solar and battery setup, and performed a great installation. Would highly recommend.

I cannot be any happier. From start to finish Alan talked me through everything. I’ve always wanted Solar panels and now I have the latest model that is going to save me a fortune. His professionalism and commitment to finishing on time was admirable. A great start to my New Year!

If you’re looking for the best….. look no further. Alan made my dreams come true with the latest solar panels that not only look amazing but also came in under budget. Alan and his team were quick, always there to answer my questions and extremely polite. I have no hesitation in recommending his great services 🤩

We asked Alan and his team to install a set of 16 REC solar panels alongside a GivEnergy hybrid inverter and 9.5 Kwh battery. I'd decided to go for a GivEnergy system in the first place and chose Renew Able Solutions because, in addition to being a GivEnergy approved installer, they appeared to have experience in a range of scenarios and to be prepared work with us to get the right solution for our house and situation. This turned our extremely well.
In short, they've been brilliant. Alan was patient and clearly extremely knowledgeable in discussing the install and the potential quirks of our property beforehand. He and the team have been utterly reliable and highly professional in approach and delivery. In particular they were great at looking after our roof. There were some difficult issues with the pre-existing slates and the team left it in a better condition than when they started despite appalling weather during the install. More simply, Alan and his team are really nice people to work with and have been great at accomodating my geekery and perfectionism. I think their pricing has been very fair too. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, particularly if you're interested in ensuring you get the right solution for you and not something simply delivered out-of-the-box regardless of your situation.

Myenergi Libbi battery - excellent service from start to finish, will use this business again and happy to recommend without hesitation

GivEnergy Inverter and Battery
Having successfully purchased two EcoFlow Delta 2 power banks from Alan in January we continued our order to include storage battery and inverter. This was installed in the Spring and has now been operational and faultless for 6 months. We opted for an AC Coupled Inverter to accompany our existing solar installation.
Customer service and advice was exceptional throughout. There were a few teething problems to start with which required Alan to liaise with GivEnergy to resolve. An indication of the level of support we received was demonstrated by the willingness of Alan to re-visit the installation, which is some distance from where his business is based. He did this more than once along with several calls to reassure us, whilst monitoring our system remotely and resolved the issues.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Alan and Renew Able Solutions. They were a pleasure to work with.
