The guys did a fantastic job. They were there within 7ins with the tyre. Seamless job and very accommodating.

I was driving from work. My tyre was completely flat. I was standing in the middle of A303. The rescue mate sent someone to change my tire on the road. Very professional and quick service. I recommend them 100%!

I noticed a flat tyre on my car when setting off for work. I registered for a callback from Rescue Mate on their website. A member of their team called me back a couple of minutes later. He was very friendly, confirmed my details and took down information about my tyre. They had a repair van in my area. I was advised a 60-90 minute wait time. The van arrived promptly and the mechanic was very friendly. He said to leave it with him while I waited inside. He was finished in about 15 minutes. I'm very happy with the service and would use Rescue Mate again.

I got a puncture on Christmas Eve at 2pm when visiting a friends house. After looking online at several mobile tyre fitters, none of whom had any appointments, I found Rescue Mate at 3pm and was contacted immediately. By 4:45 pm the tyre had been replaced and I was back on the road! They were friendly, prompt and it was great service!

We had such a positive experience with this company when our motorhome battery died on the 23rd December.

Within about an hour of filling out the form on the website, I had a response asking about our vehicle.

I then phoned the fitter, who was so incredibly helpful, discussed the situation with our battery, and said he could come out late afternoon to fit a new one.

He let us know when he was on his way, and when he arritved, he had a selection of batteries that would fit our motorhome. He explained the differences and helped my husband choose the best option.

He then fitted it quickly and efficiently and clearly had experience of motorhomes.

Throughout all interactions, Nozim was polite, professional, and very helpful.

We cannot recommend this service highly enough and wrote this review to let Nozim know how much we appreciated his efforts to get our motorhome moving again.

Can’t fault the service they provided. Good call centre staff and good response time. Very disappointed at what they charged. Wife was stuck on the drive with a flat. Had she been able to remove the flat and got it to a dealer, the cost would have been around £60-£70. I was charged £209 for one tyre. Well over the top and a big let down for this service.

Rescue mate helped me after a tyre blow out. I had confirmation e mailed, a supporting text and then call from the agent.
He turned uo ahead of time, was very polite and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this service fantastic, many thanks

Rescue Mate were very helpful in getting me back on the road within 2 hrs of my initial call. The technician arrived a little later than notified but it is the week before Xmas and I was back on the road within 10 minutes. I thought that was excellent service.

I hit a pothole that I'm pretty sure took me to another dimension, when I finally resurfaced I quickly realised my tyre was knacked and my little car only comes with sealant...I had a panic as I'm recently disabled and struggle to be as useful as I was, I googled tyre fitter as it was 7:30 am and I needed to get to work...they came out within an hour and the fitter was brilliant...he was so helpful and I was back on the road in 15 minutes.
Highly recommend this service and if I hit another annoying pothole I will call on them again.

when booking for puncture repair was asked to pay for a replacement tyre in case they could not repair puncture.
Assured that if tyre could be repaired they would refund cost of new tyre.
However when fitter turned up he took exactly 10 minutes from start to finish i asked if he had repaired puncture ok as he drove away he shouted out that he had only been instructed to fit new tyre.
Contacted a manager next day for explanation was assured he would investigate and get back to me never heard any more, emails read but ignored no replies.
New tyre started deflating took car to local garage they were unable to help as wheel locking nut key completely stripped and damaged, now needs to be replaced, looks like locking nut on wheel damaged may have to go to main agents for removal.
Charged £249-99 for this .
Estimate at this time to replace damaged locking key and remove and replace damaged wheel nut £300-£400 .
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Company has now resorted to threatning and making false accusations only made one phonecall that was to an alledge manager who was supposed to be invesigating and calling me back never had any call back.
Never at any time spoken to any female staff all other correspondence is in writing.
When companies resort to calling people names shows just who you are dealing with.

First class, from the minute I called needing help they were on to it. So reassuring that he was on his way and the new tyre fitted. Wonderful service 🚗👍

Called me back within mins and got a mobile fitter to me quicker than expected. I had cover with the RAC but they failed to assist me in any way. So thank you to rescue mate to coming to my aid to get me back on the road!

The worst service. They are quick to pick up to take your money but over three hours later and no new tyre and no update to why. Was left stranded without help and had to pay to get home and left stranded vehicle. Wouldn’t use again

The call back I received was almost immediate, very polite and empathetic (Kieran I think)… arranged everything within minutes and gave me an estimated 60-90 min window. Prompt updates on when the fitter (Liam) would arrive and when he did he was fast, efficient and did a great job! Would 100 percent recommend and use again if I ever needed!

Efficient communication even though there was a little bad news due to the special Tesla fitting delayed the tyre collection. Fitting staff were quick and friendly. Called them at 08:00, all done by 12:30. Great service. The delay knocked off a star but I think they did well baring in mind the uniqueness of the tyre.

The way they were able to supply 4 new tyres on the same day and fit them at my home. The price was lowerthan other mobile fitters that I checked out. Fitter Fidel was courteous, efficient, contacted me with timings and gave me additional advice and guidance. A great representative of the company.
