Easy to arrange over the phone and the engineer was with us within about 40 minutes meaning we could still make our plans for the day! The chap that came was very friendly and managed to change the tyre within 10 minutes of arriving.

Great customer service on the phone and quick turn around for a driver to be sent out, engineer did a decent job and helped me on my way within 2 hours of my tyre blowing out.

A freezing cold night and I found I had a puncture. I needed to make a trip early next morning so rang round, and contacted RescueMate. They were very helpful, and arranged for someone to come out (from Dartford to Bexhill as it turned out). They arrived within 2 hours and fixed the tyre in another half-hour. Everyone was very helpful, and I was updated regularly on what was going on. I was very impressed (and very relieved to be able to make my journey next day).

I was stuck in a severe predicament stuck on the side of the road by myself when I entered my details into rescuemate, I got a response within (literally) seconds where I spoke to a lovely young chap called Kieran on the phone. He was patient and thorough making sure I’d given all the correct details and made sure I had everything I needed. I was told someone would be able to meet me in a manageable 60-90 minutes only to be met just 20 minutes later - fantastic! Really great service and I’d definitely recommend rescuemate again.

Called within a couple of minutes in need of a tyre. Was able to provide the wheel nut, go back to work and get a knock on the door to say all done within 45 mins if that. Great team and great service. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service! Made the call which was answered immediately, talked through the tyre issue and paid by debit card. Receipt emailed through to me straight away and then James arrived exactly 90 minutes later and I was back on the road within another 15 minutes. I cannot express how impressed I am with this company! Definitely beats the shambles that are the RAC, they’re an absolute disgrace. Arrived at work this morning and warning light came on showing low tyre pressure. Tyre was completely flat.
Found Rescue Mate on a Google search.
Phone was answered straight away. After a few questions regarding the tyre, I was told somebody would be with me in 90 minutes.
Got a phone call 30 minutes later to say he was 10 minutes away.
Arrived very quickly, fixed the tyre, all in under 90 minutes from start to finish.
Cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent service from the first phone call to the problem being fixed.
Would highly recommend and would 100 % use them again if I needed to.
All staff were extremely professional and very helpful.

Easier to get hold of than the RAC. Friendly and knowledgeable staff answering the phone. Mechanics who came out were efficient and friendly. Replacement Tyre fitted within time quoted which was faster than the RAC.

Really excellent service. Phoned up (twice) picked up the phone within a minute both times (compared with a 55 minute abandoned wait for the AA). I wasn’t with the car and my partner’s phone battery was out so we couldn’t have been more complicated! but they were absolutely superb, very quick, reassuring all the way. Totally professional (Gold star to Max!), great communication and to be fair, given the circumstances, a reasonable price. I was very impressed (I don’t usually do reviews!😆). The guy that attended the car was quick, courteous and again, extremely professional and there in about 40 mins. Highly recommended- great work guys. THANKS!!

I had a puncture and car stuck on my drive. Couldn’t get my car to a garage and couldn’t get a mobile fitter out for two days as this was a Friday. Was easy dealing with the company on the phone, fitter turned up within an hour and had it changed within 15minutes. Highly recommended. The price is slight more expensive but for peace of mind it was worth it.

I had a terrible time with the RAC failing to deliver on their promises. A simple call to Rescue Mate had me moving within 90 mins. Much better than the 4 hours I’d wasted while RAC sorted their website notifications out! Similar price to what I would have paid for rescue not covered by my insurance (read the small print!!) and tyre fitting at a garage, but loads more friendly and less stress!
