Very helpful over the phone sent me free nut protectors off their display model vsett as mine had fell off

I cannot begin to describe how poor their customer service is. Ordered a Onewheel £1200 for it to break 3 days after Xmas and spoke to online chat and email and got told contact one wheel for repair. I got the Onewheel off ride and glide so I expect them to handle the repair, refund, or replacement. I’m now having to deal with Onewheel In America which is hard a frustrating and I have a child very upset. The standard of service is poor. Take your money and then they don’t care. Every other company you buy from you return a faulty product to but not this place. Take your money and run and then just stop emailing you back. Never would I use again

Bit of feedback maybe don't put a picture of scooter on the box as his surprise was ruined as he took the delivery whilst i was at work. Buy overall brilliant service and delivery

ordered a vsett 9+ from ridenglide package arrived within 2 days and there was no damage to the packaging. i have ordered a e scooter before from a different vendor so i was not really looking forward to checking every bolt and nut it was not a very good experience. but boy was i surprised this is a totally different experience. all bolts and nuts was tight scooter was set up for UK units and everything was perfect i didn't even need to adjust the brakes. the scooter is justv perfect and i love it

the service from ride n glide was second to none and any query i had was answered within hours.
this will probably be my go to store for this kind of thing going forward..

Over two weeks since ordering Onewheel, no sign of it. I have had to keep contacting company to chase it. For the price of product I would expect more communication regarding updates on delivery times, follow up email but it’s been very one sided. The last email I sent yesterday has gone completely unanswered. It’s a shame because it’s puts me off using the company again.

Great service and great product. The onewheel pint x is an amazing piece of technology.

Responded to questions and delivered very fast.

This shop is just perfect! The shipping was super fast with a great delivery company and my Onewheel is absolutely perfect! They even threw in a ride and glide cap for me! Recommend this to all my friends.

Despite DHL giving us the runaround, the friendly team helped to get the delivery done and I received my item. I had difficulty understanding an element of its operation (its an electric unicycle) and they patiently talked me through what I was doing wrong on speakerphone. I felt they genuinely cared about my experience and safety.

Probably one of the best customer support companies I have dealt with! Couldn't be happier with them! I had a problem with my scooter nothing to do with ride and glide (manufacturer problem), they sent me a reinforced replacement part the next day, they even offered to fit the part themselves. Use these if you are buying a scooter if you want warranty and excellent support

Very disappointed with the support they give you after you buy something. I order a electric scooter which said to only take 5 to 10 days and its been 17 days and its still very far away from arriving still getting delayed and I already contacted them twice and got no feedback from them really disappointed never buying anything from them again and I don’t recommend it for anyone especially international buyers.

I preordered an Etwow GT. I absolutely adore the scooter and am very thankful for ride and glides help along the way.
