What a great service.
Have had several issues with my EUC, none of which were ride and glides fault but the customer service and communication I have received has been amazing. They Always answer texts and calls with friendly attitude and professional manner.
Amy at front of house is amazing. Always cheerful and positive.

I recently purchased a nami burn e absolutely fantastic machine, it's heavy, fast the acceleration with the turbo on is epic. I live in northern Ireland and my scooter arrived 5days later, paschal was the guy I dealt with and he helped pick the right scooter,what a patient guy. But would diff recommend these guys as they our very knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. Thank u very much.

So i editing this, it is important for who buying anything from them out of UK. From Germany i bought one wheel surestance footpad. There is 2-3 option i found and i choice them cause i want to fast as possible. i ask them from live chat (Amy) told me tax like %6. And also i paid for small box 25 pound transport price and i think maybe they doing most of tax thing. But they no idea whats going on. They send me with fedex which this area köln offenburg freiburg they are really bad. They dont care your package. They asking stupid documents and infos about payment which is allready they have it. So this company no idea about transport. they are not worn you cause if you learn about real tax price you dont want to buy anything from them. And also fedex not sending you tax prices before, they send you after so you cant denied. And i had post from fedex it is 45 eur tax for 145 eur product. Yes 145 eur product i need to pay 45 eur tax nice right?%6 ha? This product almost take 20 days transport. that experience totaly was soo bad for me. Out from UK dont buy anything dont pay this nonsense taxes.

He told me they wants to pay half of my tax prices thats really kind.
First of all i diddnt expect that. That was big suprise for me. They did really good thing that means they care at the some point. So thats why i change my review for mr. Duncan. Thank you.

Great service before and after purchase. Great customer support. Highly recommend, will do more business with Ride and Glide.

Had a puncture on the Dualtron Eagle and struggled to have it fixed. Altough too far away to service the scooter, the Ride + Glide gave very reasuring advice and we purchased a new inner tube from their website. Again, super fast and easy and great customer service.

Fantastic company, I ordered two Escooters before of these guys and couple accessories I ordered a zero 10x and dualtron storm they’re an absolute amazing products and quick delivery (next day), ride and glide knows what they sell. All my future PEVs this is where I’m going to buy from :)

I got a punture in the rear tyre of my Apollo phaytom i rang Ride and Glide for an appointment so that they could repair my punture which was no trouble took to them it was done within an hour. thankyou Ride and Glide.

Really great customer service! Accidentally ordered the wrong item for my daughter and they offered to send a replacement with super fast next day delivery so it still arrived in time for xmas. Will be buying again from this brand :)

Their website had the best price in the market and I knew which scooter i wanted . Immediately i had customer service asking me how could they help and they took me through the procedure to purchase my scooter. The reason they took me through was that it was for internationally delivery therefore more complicated than buying in the Uk .All the process took me 10 minutes.

A great find. A browser search for Shredlights and mounts, Ride + Glide, are trustworthy/ knowledgable pros; quick to respond and have an Amazon-like delivery speed. I'll be using them again.

I'd give R&G far more that 5 stars if it was possible.
They sell some of my favourite things and if you're lucky enough to buy something from them it'll be delivered within the blink of an eye.
They're a pleasure to deal with every time, and I'm quite sure I'll never have a bad word to say about them.
I had to call them up a few weeks ago and they were so polite, friendly and super helpful with my query.
I highly recommend Ride & Glide.

Left with a Wattbike Dutch electric bike. Was very nice to ride. Had to adjust the saddle a little bit as it was a little bit wonky. apart from that, I had a good time.

Brilliant company, went out their way to make sure I received my Shredlights.
