Went the extra mile to move furniture in a short time frame.

They just worked were very patient and honest and so helpful, brilliant bunch of guys couldn’t have managed without them!

They guys were very professional and very polite, they also went the extra mile regards the other party that they didn’t charge for or expect. I can’t speak highly enough of the guys who didn’t even crease a box on an extremely hot and trying day.

I had my jewellery taken from a packing box and a man’s watch from a side pocket of a gym bag.

I would advise anyone using this company and doing their own packing to secure the boxes with tape and count how many boxes you are moving. Checking that the boxes have been delivered when you reach your destination.

We had a large move requiring two vans and four men. I still have sleepless nights over this incident and haven’t received compensation. On contacting the company they didn’t want to know and stated that their removers were ‘furious at my suggestion’ They did not want to believe that one of their removers had light fingers.

What fantastic service we received from Rocket Removals - they were particularly helpful when it came to accommodating our removal date in their diary. The men who came to help us on our removal day were helpful, polite and extremely hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Mike and Brad were amazing. They were extremely careful with our furniture and if/when furniture was questionable to move due to its condition or the space, we were told prior any steps taken. Everything was moved quickly and we were very happy with the end result. My husband and I could not be happier and we will use this service again and happily recommend them to others.

We chose Rocket Removals for our recent house move, which proved to be the best decision we could have made. Throughout the traumatic two days, the team were absolutely fantastic. Always cheerful, very hard working, including some excellent problem solving necessary here and there. My Mum has recently sold her house and moved from Harrogate to Bristol. The move and furniture storage were managed by Rocket Removal. To say they have been amazing is an understatement. The organisation and team were great, courteous and professional. We can’t recommend them enough and thank them for their kindness and consideration.

Organised , polite , efficient , skilled , fast and nothing was too much trouble, with split destinations. Kev, Dan and Harry did the final move ( different set of lads packed up the day before). I would throughly recommend.
