Fabulous service . Moved my parents from their home of over 60 years so this was quite an emotional move . They arrived promptly, extremely careful and respectful!

Brilliant customer services from the start, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional company. The lads who carried out the removal couldn't have been more helpful and professional and they took exceptional care of our belongings. We will definitely be using again and have already recommended to all friends and family.

Asked for a quote for removals, Turns up 30 minutes early, incredibly rude and condescending throughout, then never heard anything again! Glad we didn’t, if they can’t even come out at the correct time have some manners and actually quote me I very much doubt they can do removals! Stay clear. Much better alternatives out there!

I would stay clear of this business, the founder died 5 years ago and his brother took over the business which should never of happened.
the actual founder set this business up for his kids not his money grabbing brother.
I am currently speaking to solicitors about this matter as i have a child to the original founder.

Didnt hire these people, but they were absolutely brilliant & very helpful when we had a wardrobe delivered to a ground floor when we have a flat on the second floor in helping us get it up the stairs. Really helpful and informative guys that made a tough job look easy! Couldnt reccomend them enough - class act all around. Would recommend them to anyone!

From my initial quote in June, through to my completion and move date in September, the Rocket team were fab. Those responding to my many emails were very patient with me, constantly asking about different dates as my move was so delayed. On the day, the guys were again patient, hard working, humorous and careful.

The team from Rocket were very professional, making no fuss, in particular, because of parking problems, having to transfer everything across a busy road.
They were friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for at this most stressful of times.

Paul and the lads came to my rescue yesterday (2nd April 2019) when Curry's refused to deliver my large American Fridge freezer to a first floor flat. Admittedly it is a very difficult access up steep,narrow outside steps and onto a high balcony to gain access to the kitchen.Well, they were amazing and didn't flinch - they said they could do it and they did! Paul was quick and efficient in dealing with me. I would have no hesitation in using them again and highly recommend Rocket Removals.

Exceptional service from Rocket Removals. Lads turned up at 9am and worked tirelessly with care and respect for my property. It was 7:30pm by the time they unloaded in my new house. Very pleased and impressed.

I be saying that I have the utmost respect for this company. They provided us the courtesy and care of our treasured belongings. We were not billed too much money and they said thank you for using them. My family will know this company for the future.

The guys at Rocket Removals did their company proud when faced with a sudden snowfall on Wednesday 9th November; they were determined that the weather would not stop them. All moved out of our old home and into our new place within the day. Well done!!! Maureen and Paul H
