After texting with a customer service…
After texting with a customer service representative about what I will be charged, they overbuild me by almost $300. I have been fighting with them for a couple of days now about this. I was told in writing I will be charged $39. I’ve sent them screenshots of the text thread of them telling me that. There was nothing on the website that said I was gonna be charged that much. They also offer 30 day return policy which they are not honoring. Do not purchase from this company.

If i could give a zero rating i would. I clicked on a social media ad for a good price for Tirzepatide medication and a claim of NO subscription fees.
After answering automated interview question forms and entering my credit card it said i would be charged a one time $39 subscription fee, i clicked next to see if the price of the medication was legit and that was the price for semaglutide so it was the typical bait and switch and the Tirzepatide was really expensive so i exited and never checked out or completed the transaction but was charged the $39 one time DISCOUNTED subscription fee that later i found out they were charging $135 monthly SUBSCRIPTION fees and that is without any prescription or meds!!!!
I contacted their support and was repeatedly told via automated pre-typed responses that subscription fees do not get reversed once they are charged, as if they would refund med fees either 🤔
I rewrote my letter with clarity what happened and trying to find out what the charges actually were for before telling them where to stick it. 🤔 i got another email saying to cancel i would have to login to my account to stop future charges to cancel the subscription. Grrrr....
Thank god just today my Chase credit card was able to instantly reverse those fraudulent charges and cancel future charges from them unless i give them my cc number again.
I need to now monitor my card just to make sure, but ROEN RX is a huge effin scammer DO NOT do business or even click on their links.
Oh and to top it off the FDA is onto their malpractice and deceptive ways as well.

3 month treatment = Only 8 weeks? 5 syringes? Seriously??
Was told I received a "3 month treatment" package - Instructions on bottle states "Week 1-4" and "Week 5-8". To my knowledge there are roughly 4 weeks per month. In package I had also received 5 syringes....5? 8 weeks, 5 syringes... so what of my other 4 weeks? What of the other 7 syringes that would be need for a 3 month treatment? My 6 y/o is better at math that these guys apparently.

The end of Jan 2026 I saw an ad for glp1 shot for $39 so i filled out my info. Turns out it was a membership fee, not the glp1. Then it says my meds would be $199. I can't afford that so i didnt order it. They charged me the $39 anyway. I asked for a refund and they said they don't refund the $39 fee. On June 26, 2026 they charged my credit card $599 for glp1 that I never received and didnt authorize. I tried contacting them and got a message saying no one was available to take my call. I left a message. I will file a dispute.

i saw an add it said glp1 shot for $39 so i filled out my info well the $39 is a stupid membership fee not even knowing if i was going to use this company then it says my meds would be $199 well i cant afford that so i asked for a refund well they don't refund that $39 no matter what doesn't matter that i cant afford the product which is bullshit. i would have rather throw $40 out my car window while doing 70 down the highway!

This company took money out of my account 2x and 1 of those times was after I expressed to them I wanted to cancel my so called membership. I live on a very strict income and every nickel of my money is assigned to a bill. The $135 they took out this time completely F'd me! And I never received any medication. Roen Health (RX) charged $270.00 to my cc ($135.00 for 2 months) without my knowledge and refused to refund. They say it is a recurring membership charge I went on to sign up because they advertised $69 Glp1 per month and ehrn i got to checkout the total was well over $900. I never hit purchase, i backed out and i have received nothing from them. However, instead they were charging me for a service i never received and also never received the glp1 from them so ehat service were they providing. If an attorney is reading this I would love to start a class action law suit against this company whom also goes by several other names.
