Very good team. The Roller door I needed was slightly different to the normal. I was able to discuss our requirements and order the correct door. The door was delivered on time. Very well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The door is well finished and very smooth in operation.

I looked at several companies. Some quotes were cheaper, some more expensive. I chose ROLUX UK. I felt that the customer service and advice pre-decision and going forward pre-order was excellent. The delivery time was much sooner than I expected. The two man team were punctual, courteous and respectful, and worked efficiently. They were tidy throughout and once the installation and been completed. I have no regrets in choosing ROLUX UK and would recommend this company for the quality of the product, value for money and the service from survey to installation completion.

I needed to replace an old roller blind. A guy came to measure up, everything worked out with the office and booked for install the following week. Two guys arrived to install and everything was done within a couple of hours despite the rain. Really nice guys. All rubbish removed and pot plants put back in original position. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.

I've used my double garage as a storeroom for the past 20 years as the two single doors installed by the buider were just too narrow for easy parking. After ordering a new car I decided that I would park the car in the garage this time. After measuring up I realised that the car wouldn't fit between the arms of the doors.

After contacting Rolux they said they could replace the single doors with a double door before I took delivery of the new car. I am delighted to report that they did exactly that. From initial contact to completion of the work took less than three weeks.

This was not straightforward as, in addition to measuring up and manufacturing the door, a steel beam was needed to support the weight of the V-shaped roof above the doors. To install this, Rolux inserted temporary steel supports through the pointing between a row of bricks, so they could then remove three rows of bricks above and between the doors on the inner side of garage. The steel beam was then lifted into position and the temporary supports removed. After that the fitting of the new electric door was easy!

The end result is I have a very good looking garage door and the surrounding brickwork looks as it did before Rolux started work. So overall a great experience. If only all building work was like this.
