Brought the round stone/ marble table

Was expecting much better quality as in solid reds and stone.

It’s quite light and hollow but it looks gorgeous any how just disappointing for the price

There are so many gorgeous items to choose from it’s hard to decide what to get but I decided on a two door silver and bronze Lockett sideboard. The delivery was smooth and the delivery men were friendly and helpful. The sideboard was really well packed and protected and I was very happy with my choice when I finally got to see it. I will definitely order from Rowan again 😊

Had an item damaged by delivery company and contacted customer services to make them aware of how their parcels were being handled. Obviously gutted one item was damaged I spoke to Amy who offered a refund or replacement straight away!
Amy was extremely helpful and kept me updated with things quickly, responding to emails quickly and dealt with the problem quickly too! Very impressed with their customer service which is the first time I have had to use it as have ordered items before and have been very happy with the quality and delivery of their items. Everyone needs an Amy on their customer service team 👏👏 thank you so much !

I had a small ornament from the Easter range that arrived damaged. It took several attempts ( for whatever reason) for the requested photo to reach the mailbox of the Customer Service person who was trying to help me . Got there in the end and as the item was now ‘out of stock’ , Grace kindly arranged a refund for me. Thank you Grace.

Very good customer service quality goods. However there wallpaper samples are very overpriced for a tiny swatch you would be able to make out colour but no way could you decide on pattern very dissapointing for the cost

Have ordered previously from Rowen and been very happy with my purchase and delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion DPD did not deliver. I filed a comment with Rowen and had a lovely prompt reply from a Rowen Customer Experience Representative. She has refunded my P&P and is contacting DPD on my behalf. I am very impressed with her assistance. When I eventually receive my order I am sure I will be just as happy with their products as I have been previously. Thank you Steph G

Ordered this item over a month ago. Kept getting false updates about the product. Customer services said magically the rug was in stock and it could be sent out. However, upon receiving the rug we found all documentation had been removed from the rug and it is clearly a different rug that has been sent to the one ordered. Deeply disappointed.

Stephanie G dealt with my issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. I had a slight problem with a throw I had ordered but she soon put it right. Very responsive and issue sorted within a couple of hours. Thank you

**UPDATE**
I placed my order on 21st April and hadn't received it by 29th April. I contacted them as mentioned below. It's now 10th May and I still haven't received neither the original nor the replacement order. I'm very disappointed, to say the least.

I rang to say I hadn't received my order, only to be told that it was being returned by DPD as they had damaged the contents of my parcel. Nobody had notified me of this. I spoke to Amy, who was extremely helpful. She dealt with the issue promptly and resolved it. Amy was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to Rowen Homes.
