Asiakaspalvelu ei toimi suomeksi, mukana ei tule palautusohjeita, palautus mutkien kautta ulkomaille ja kuukautta myöhemmin palautuksesta lasku perässä. Tilatussa tuotteessa väärä kuva, minkä vuoksi tilattu väärä tuote. Kannattaa tilata luotettavalta sivulta, ei täältä.

We unfortunately do not have a finish speaking customer service, we are a Swedish company and have customer service in English or Swedish.
We apologise for the disappointment caused by this.
Regarding the return, we have a digitalt retursystem and you need to register a return in the system, then you will receive returnlabel to your emailaddress.
The invoice needs to be extended with Walley so you does not get any reminders fee until you receive an updated invoice when the return has been handled and registered with us.
Since I can not find any order based on the information that I have here, I can not see the status of your return.

Tein sohvasta reklamaation ja palautuspyynnön. Asiaa vitkuteltiin niin kauan, että palautusaika meni umpeen ja reklamaatiota ei hyväksytty. Sohva ensimmäisen istumisen jälkeen ihan kuopalla eikä palaudu.
No, kuluttajasuoja ja lakimies hoitaa asiaa eteenpäin.
En suosittele ko. Kauppaa kenellekään. Ala-arvoista asiakasta nöyryyttävää toimintaa.

When you place an order with us via the website, we normally have a handling time of 1-4 working days in the warehouse and then the delivery time with the shipping company is 3-5 working days.
During holidays and major weekends such as Christmas shopping and Black Friday, the handling time may be affected.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered products, we have a return cost of 9 EUR for small items and 25 EUR for large items.
