Scent is minimal. Does not last longer than an hour. I wanted to return but I don’t have the boxes. This was truly a waste of money. Do not recommend. Smell was nice if it would have lasted.

It was a nightmare, shipping is done through some DHL company, never heard of them. DHL forwarded the package to USPS. Had to call them for 4 consecutive days and beg them to deliver the package. On the day of arrival, I had to personally go to post office to pick it up.

I’m glad that I got my package, unfortunately lot of people never received it and no refunds.

If Head of the company is able to read these reviews then he should bring a change, All of us(customers) can’t be wrong.

I never received my order. I placed my order in August. It was scheduled to be delivered on September 1st. It has been "lost in transist" since August 30th. I've emailed the company and no feedback. The customer service is non existent.

Unfortunately, I never received my package and the company holds no responsibility for the package being successfully delivered. I also have a dispute letter from USPS stating that my package was misplaced. The response I received from this company is, it’s nothing they can do because they have a no refund policy. They didn’t even try to rectify it by sending another order. I collected mainly niche perfume and was just curious about this company. Based on this company policies I wouldn’t take a chance ordering with them. ALT is a much safer option!!!!

We placed a costly order with this company largely because of their strong social media presence and all of the positive reviews surrounding their brand. One of the perfumes we PAID FOR was missing from our package.

We contacted the company expecting them to simply correct the issue. Instead, their response was essentially that their records show the products were scanned/packed, so there is “nothing they can do.”

A product being scanned does NOT prove that it made it into the box delivered to the customer. We have absolutely no reason to lie about one missing perfume from an order we willingly spent significant money on.

What bothers me most isn’t even the missing product anymore, it’s the complete lack of accountability and customer service. If your process has no protection for a customer when an item is missing, that’s a serious problem.

We own businesses ourselves and understand that mistakes happen. What separates a reputable company is HOW THEY HANDLE THE MISTAKE.

We gave this company the opportunity to make it right privately. They chose not to.

I would seriously reconsider ordering here, especially if you’re placing a large or expensive order. If something is missing, apparently you may simply be told their system says it was packed and you’re left paying for something you never received.

They are cheap perfume not even close and to return them its a hassle plus they charge $6 restocking fee per perfume . They dont cancel orders once placed . Avoid at all cost

I thought about going to this company, but I’ve not ordered anything yet. My opinion, if you are not going to back your product, it’s either not that great or you’re just trying to take peoples money and don’t care about if they are satisfied.

don't waste your money on this trash, real oil stuff on this cologne is less than 1%, it's last just for two hours! Don't buy and don't waste your money!

I had to write a review after seeing all the 1⭐️ reviews. I received my package in less than a week and got all 3 that I purchased. Beast mode for the first hour then it softens up but is still noticed by others around which isn’t a bad thing because to much is overwhelming for ppl around you. Each one smells close and opens better than the brand. They are amazing especially for the price. Last me 4-6 on skin depending on how much I spray. At the same time can still smell up close. I’ve spent a hundred plus on some that have lasted a shorter period. So for the money you’re gonna spend don’t expect beast mode all day. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I maintain an extensive collection of high-end fragrances, including Louis Vuitton's various offerings. Upon testing this formulation, I noted immediately that the scent profile and quality do not align with the original fragrance; unfortunately, not even close, including an odd, hard-to-explain odor. While I appreciate the opportunity to evaluate the product firsthand, it unfortunately did not meet the expectations set by your extensive marketing campaign. Thank you for your time and service.

Their website claimed a shipping of 5-8 business days. Ordered my package JULY 1, 2026. Given that it’s a holiday weekend in the US that time. I gave them leeway. Even if they had packaged it on JULY 7, 2026, 5-8 business days would be JULY 18, 2026. But you see, on THEIR website and on SHOP APP there was NO UPDATE WHAT SO EVER! Since the beginning of purchase it stated “Waiting For Details.” It wasn’t until I had to email them asking for updates about where my package is located. That I got some answer. They said that 1(one) of their colognes is experiencing delays. Okay? So you weren’t go to email that to me? Relay that message to your customers? It wasn’t until I had to email you guys that I would get my answers? So if I hadn’t emailed them, you’re telling me that I could possibly be waiting months or even years to get that ONE cologne? That’s a crap business model they’re practicing. I’m stupid for thinking that this company is better than ALT Fragrances. Please, if you’re reading this review. GO TO ALT FRAGRANCES, THEY ARE A BETTER COMPANY AND DESERVE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

This is the worse company to do business with. First of all the perfumes and the Cologne is a bulls shit water down fragrance that only last about 10 mins of putting it on. Their customer service is rude and will place an order with out your consent. And when trying to get some one it’s like pulling teeth. So I advise anyone ordering anything from this place please don’t. This is a shame and the scents don’t last as many claims. It has more than water that oil and alcohol. So it’s not even worth spending your money. Just save up and buy the real deal if you can’t afford the hit. But please don’t by this crap it don’t last or you can’t even smell the stuff.

They have the worst customer service ever, I purchased three times and I should received them by July 16 , till now I didn't receive them and no one seems to know where are they , when I emailed their customers support I didn't get an answer back , no refund as well.
No seems to care .
They are thiefs .
Don't ever buy from them .

I just saved over 600 dollars, these scents smell identical if not better than the original Louis Vuitton scents.

I ordered a scentora fragrance on the 16 June 2026 but until now it hasn't arrived. They don't respond to my emails either.I think it's just a scam because they don't have contact details except automated whatsapp. They scammed me R780 I'm really disappointed in their company.

Dear Potential Scentora Customers

I am writing this review to warn you about the dupe fragrance company, Scentora who sells alledgedly German made high perfume content fragrances.

I placed a large initial order with Scentora after several months of hesitation because of a special they were promoting that seemed too good to be true. It was.

Scentora eventually issued a confirmation stating the order was delivered long after the promised processing time. The tracking information involving two shippers was highly confusing. I STILL HAVE NOT received the package. Furthermore, my initial request for a signature or picture proof of delivery was not fulfilled. I contacted USPS with tracking information that Scentora provided and they informed me that because no insurance or proof of delivery request was processed, compensation must be handled directly by Scentora.

A few days after the first order (before I realized the horror that I would be subjected to), I subsequently placed a second order for a family member, bringing my total expenditure with Scentora to nearly $300.

That SECOND order did eventually arrive several weeks late after I filed a dispute through Paypal, but it took nearly three weeks to receive any tracking information or communication. My numerous emails to their customer service team during that time had gone completely unanswered.

Due to the lack of response, I filed the before mentioned dispute with PayPal, which was closed after Scentora provided tracking information. However, the FIRST order still remains missing. Scentora refuses to take any responsibility.

I believe they never intended to send either order. Which is why it seems they intentionally scammed me on the first order.

I am on the autistic spectrum and feel severely taken advantage of. Situations like this are very problematic for me because I need resolution.

If this matter is not resolved and a refund is not issued for the missing $140 order, I will proceed with a chargeback through Visa and my bank. Additionally, I am prepared to work with my disabilities attorney to file formal complaints regarding these business practices with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I don't want anyone else to be scammed by Scentora. Follow my updates here and find me on Reddit and Social media and I will assist anyone else who has been scammed by Scentora in seeking a solution. You may also reply to this review with your email.

Speaking on behalf of my mother who has placed two or three orders with Scentora. She's never had any issues with being overcharged, having an order cancelled or having the order go through after cancellation request. In fact, she gets her orders rather quickly. The bottles are brand new (from what I can see), bottle tops are functioning and they scent is great.

I placed an order with Scentora and still have not received it. Despite their claim that it was delivered, I never got any package or tracking confirmation that actually worked. I sent multiple emails requesting an investigation and a resolution (refund or reshipment), but received zero replies. Their customer service is non-existent.
This level of poor communication and failure to stand behind their orders is unacceptable. I’ve been left with my money gone and no perfume. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from Scentora until they fix their fulfillment and support issues. Complete disappointment.

Good day people. So just update from these thieves. So they send me an order number. So I track the order via The Courier Guy. The order number they send, was delivered on 11 August 2022.!!!! I hope that ill will befall you and your family that stole peoples money!!
