Verschrikkelijk!! Het zijn oplichters!! Laten je betalen voor iets wat je vervolgens niet ontvangt. Zijn op geen enkele manier te bereiken. Heb drie parfums besteld waarvan ik er maar één heb ontvangen. Al meerdere malen gemaild, maar zonder succes. Heb er geen andere woorden voor dan dat je hier NIKS moet bestellen. Het zijn oplichters en zullen je pakket niet geheel leveren, maar laten je wel betalen.

I placed an order on 07MAY26 for two 50ml bottles and received the material very quickly. however, this week 21MAY26, I was charged again for the same two bottles I did not order. I was automatically signed up for auto reship and did not know until I was charged $84.99 again. Who uses two bottles of perfume in two weeks? The sad part is I can't get in contact with a real person to return the second shipment.

So many people swear that they're not receiving their orders, but I'm getting mine within a week. Having bought fragrances from the store, I've paid a lot of money for things that don't last. These fragrances smell like those that you'll pay $100s of dollars for, and some of them last as long as the ones that last longer. I've found that the more daytime and summer fragrances don't last long, but the winter or evening fragrances last much longer. I've bought fragrances from 3 companies, and I've bought maybe 20 this month from Scentora! They performed just like the store bought fragrances!

I have been waiting for my product for over a month and still haven’t received any proper update. Customer support basically does not exist: I have requested a refund multiple times, but nobody replies to emails or messages.

It is unacceptable and illegal not to offer any possibility of a refund after all this time. I will proceed with legal action because this kind of behavior is not lawful.

Probably the worst customer service on the market. I absolutely do not recommend this company. SCAM

While the scents smell fairly good the performance is nonexistent. I just ordered 5 fragrances from them. All 3 that are designed to be “fresh” scents last about an hour on skin and two hours on clothes and after that it’s genuinely unrecognizable.

It's been 21 days and still my order has not been delivered, I finally received an email stating that one of the items was sold out but soon as I finished reading the email I went back to Scentora's site and it showed the that item was back in stock, I ordered 5 different fragrances they could have sent the other 4, but still nothing

Placed an order two weeks ago. No products, no tracking, no updates, no apologies. The company does not indicate that many of the scents are out of stock. Want to cancel? Too bad, you can’t cancel because they don’t refund anyone for any reason. These are the most backwards business practices I’ve ever seen. Someone on Reddit said they are reporting to state attorney general and FEderal trade commission. Under the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), a seller is required to either ship within the advertised timeframe or, if unable to do so, notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipping date, and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. All these new five star reviews are desperately attempting to convince you otherwise. You will never get your money or your perfumes- beware!

I came across a video on IG about Scentora and decided to try. Let’s just say my first bottle didn’t disappoint. Then I went back and bought three more. I love the buy 2 get 1 deal. I’m going back to order more. The website is easy and the price is even better. The fragrances are so close to the original you can’t tell a difference. I received so many compliments on how good I smell. I am now a fan and repeat customer.

This is NOT a paid review, just a regular joe giving an honest opinion. Seeing the negative comments that are coming across makes me wonder if these people are buying from another site. I have had nothing but good experiences from the company. I have received my shipments in the five day window, packaging was done with care, and an overall good experience each time I have made a purchase. The Juice in every bottle I have received has been high quality and I get compliments all of the time. Price and quality make me a return customer as I have 11 bottles and will be getting more. I love the product. It smells great and last longer than 8 hours on. Have bought 10 bottles of cologne and enjoyed all of them

I ordered these on a whim and after a week I placed a second order. They smell great and last pretty well. Way better quality and value than most.

I'm not certain about these negative reviews as I question their legitimacy. I placed my first order with Scentora during their Black Friday sale in November 2025 and have been a repeat customer since. I've placed at least 5 orders from Scentora and own a minimum of 30 bottles. Some of their fragrances are so good that I have 2 backup bottles of them. Lately, my orders have shipped out within 1-2 days and I receive my items within 5-6 days.

Hi, I’m a real SCENTORA customer and they are hands down the best dupe or inspired by brand…it’s not even close.

Shipping is a different issue and should not overshadow the quality products they create.
I’m pretty sure Oakcha and ALT are jealous.

I’ve ordered 267 twice now and just ordered the pacific chill dupe, waiting on it to arrive with another bottle of 267, I can only speak for myself, I have received compliments on the 267 multiple times, and decided to get another back up bottle, not sure why people are hating on this company, I’m happy that’s all that matters, thanks .

I have ordered every fragrance that Scentora has made for the men’s fragrance line and I can happily say that I’ve never been disappointed. Granted a couple of the fragrances weren’t an exact match of the original but were close enough to where I still get compliments and inquiries about the scent. The price is a fraction of the original fragrances and the quality is just a step below the original which in my opinion is a an amazing price for the quality you receive. I would recommend getting a bottle of your favorite cologne and test it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed in the longevity and overall quality.!

I love my Scentora 267. I love this scent so much that I had to purchase more of them. This is my second order and won’t be the last. I love their quality and longevity of their perfumes. I will recommend it to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.

So far they have yet to send me any product after purchase. They have already charged me and there’s no shipping information, let alone any record of my order. They don’t respond to emails either. I will be making a police report soon for theft of service and scamming.
