Where do I start.
I placed an order but shortly after changed my mind, 1 hour later after I saw these bad reviews. I politely emailed the company to cancel, as the goods had not yet been shipped. I received a blunt response stating that cancellations are not accepted and that only returns after delivery are possible, at the customer’s expense.
The seller ships from Germany, within the EU. Under EU consumer law, distance purchases are subject to a 14‑day right of withdrawal, which can be exercised even before delivery, as long as the goods are not excluded. I made the company aware of this and also opened a case with PayPal.
Immediately after this, the seller rushed the shipment, clearly to avoid cancellation.
When I finally received the products, which are heavily marketed by influencers as “1‑to‑1 dupes” (for example, item 246 claimed to be similar to LV -Imagination), the quality was extremely disappointing. The scent was far off, overly synthetic, and nothing like what is advertised.
Poor customer service, misleading marketing, and low-quality products. I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

I placed an order with Scentora Fragrance over 9 days ago based on their claim of 1–2 day shipping. My order never shipped, and all of my emails were ignored until I finally demanded a refund.

Only then did they respond to my fifth email. They finally said some of the items in my order are out of stock with no due date and that they “do not cancel orders.”

What is most concerning is that they continue accepting orders for items they do not have in stock, without providing any notice or updates to customers in their website. You don’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for your order? That’s too bad, you don’t have a choice now… they are keeping your money.

This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, you are required to issue a refund. Or how about updating your website or reaching out to customers with updates?

Ignoring customers and refusing cancellations while holding their money is not legitimate business practice.

After reading the many similar reviews here, it’s clear this is a pattern.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints

The order was placed without my consent. literally 5 mins after I sent an email requesting cancelation of the order. I received an email stating its their policy not to refund orders and sent me a link to the policy. The link only described returns and said nothing about cancelation of orders before shipping. I was ignored by customer service after that. And now after smelling the colognes I understand why they dont do cash refunds. They are not good. This company does suspicious and misleading advertisement online. I would avoid them.

One of the worst customer service ever, and takes forever for the delivery.. as I type right now it’s still shipping and it’s been 20 days. Avoid this site all cause and go with other sites

Placed an online order for R1580. Received confirmation email from them for my order on 8 January 2026 with a note that the processing will be completed in 3-5 working days, and that I will then receive an email notification with my tracking number and tracking link. This should have been sent 5 days later which would have been 13 January 2016 and according to them Delivery via courier takes 2 working days thereafter, which would have been 15 January 2026. Today is 19 January 2026, I have not received any further notice from them, not my parcel, and they have ignored my two emails I have send and also no response on Whatsapp.

Definitely not a place that I will order from again and to all potential clients of them, stay clear as they will defraud you!

They overcharged me, deleted my order, and ghosted me ! It says my order doesn’t exist and I’ve been emailing for weeks and they will not respond! They literally robbed me.

The perfume smells nothing like it supposed to, like i understand it wont be exact but what i got smells nothing like the fragrance , my Dolce and Gabbana smells like Air freshener .

Looks like a scam 3 weeks in and no communication. Its just criminal!!

Forget about all this negative reviews. Most of their experiences are common even with Amazon or any other when it comes to shipping and other discrepancies. Overall, the dupe is perfect as far as scent and how long it lasts. How do I know? Because I own the originals, and I know how the smell and last. I tried these because of what I've read about them and was wondering about the hype. So I tried it, and it was fabulous. The shipment arrived after 3 days, no complaints there. For people saying the scent doesn't leave the room, Lol, colognes are best worn when they're just a hint or a mist not dousing yourself with it because when you do that, your sence of smell becomes numb and the people around you starts to move away from the overwhelming smell.
This product is phenomenal!

I don’t understand why so many negative reviews have been left here; it can only come from competitors who want to talk down this brand. I’ve ordered from this company seven times now, and each time the goods arrived on time. The packaging is very simple, but that’s the whole idea, and the scents are wonderful—fantastic, really. Of course, it’s a matter of taste; some fragrances I like a lot, some less so, but those are meant for my wife anyway. I could recommend this company at any time.

I had a disappointing experience with Scentora Fragrance. I ordered dupe perfumes, and the package was supposedly shipped to my house but somehow ended up being returned to them. When I reached out to Scentora Support, they replied with, 'Hello, as you can see your order was delivered. Please contact USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case.' This was not helpful at all as USPS couldn’t assist me either. Thankfully, I used PayPal, and their resolution center refunded my money the same day. I was very dissatisfied with Scentora's lack of customer service and would not recommend ordering from them.

The scent doesn't even leave the room. I just waisted R1500 buying bottles with water

Scan, looks like the real thing but it is not, opened a box o perfume found a finger print on it, lids do no click into bottle, scam, scam ,scam.

Service is shocking. Actually there is no service because no one reply's to emails or what's apps

I don’t know why people say that these perfumes are bad, when I think this company did a great job with their product. It’s not bad for its price. Last long enough and scent very close to the original. Sure there’s slightly difference but very very close. I have originals and I was able to compare them. I was scared at first but when I tried them on I’m satisfied. Good product!!!

I ordered from the site. Never got a receipt or order number in my email. Got charged on my card. Reached out to support and sent them all the info I have in regards to the order and they haven’t responded. Thinking Scentora is scamming. Very disappointed. 100 dollars down the drain.
