Order Direct from the Manufacturer
It worked out well because I was in a rush and you managed to deliver it the fastest, about a week faster, since I bought it directly from you the manufacturer.
I somehow think that warranty coverage will be better with the direct relationship, but I don't expect any problems.
I had excellent and fast installation by G Squared Heating and Cooling from Uxbridge who made everything come together.
There was a little malfunction with the display but your company sent a replacement component for free!

Excellent Unit and Tech Support
The Senville Mini-Split works excellently and has been very welcome given the very hot temperatures as of late. There was one issue just after install and Senville's tech support was fast to get a hold of and greatly assisted with sorting out the issue. Overall I rate both the product and tech support as a 5+!

Purchase and deliver was excellent
Purchase and deliver was excellent, however i was disappointed that the mounting bolts to secure unit to outside stand was not included and was not informed they were not included..it would also be great to supply strain relief for comms cable

Good unit, fast delivery, but my exterior unite came damage .. My 2 unite were easy to install and are working great after 2 months of use.

The day after we had installed it was 36 for 3days and it was able to keep it cool with out it we wouldn't been able to stay at lake.
