Mini split arrived when expected
Mini split arrived when expected. Packaging was damaged in shipping but installer said everything was there. Have only had installed for 2 days but love the performance. I can’t find the original invoice and would love one for my records. Could you please mail me a paper copy?

This is my 3rd one. My small house is fine with this model. I find they only last a few years but easy to install once your set up for them.

System looks good and works
System looks good and works. Three to four degree discrepancy between the indoor unit thermostat and the remote. I'll have it set to 77 and it will be 73. I spent an hour with tech support to calibrate it. That didn't help. On the other hand, there was a dent in the top of the outdoor unit when I received it. They sent me a replacement, no questions asked.

I am very impressed with the operation of these units.
I am very impressed with the completeness of the installation kit. The instructions are ok, however they could use some improvement in certain areas.
The techs had the units installed in under 4 hours and up and running with no problems. Very quiet.
The performance of the units is very impressive and have no problem controlling the temperatures in my shop.
Best bang for the buck, highly recommended, super fast delivery.
I would definitely purchase again.

I recently ordered the 24 000 btu Aura…
I recently ordered the 24 000 btu Aura mini split from Senville. Leading up to my purchase I had a few questions regarding size etc. Everytime I called their info line someone picked up right away, was patient and thorough in their information, polite and super helpful. When I called again regarding purchasing from Amazon, again they were very helpful, and actually called me back the next day to let me know the particular model was newly available on Amazon. Just fantastic customer service!! My minisplit was delivered, right to my driveway, perfectly packaged up on a pallet. Nothing but good experiences so far and I can't wait to get this installed and try it out.
