2 units working well
Bought 2 of them. They seem to be working well.
Not as quiet as a mitsubishi I have but then again they are much less expensive.

Right from our start searching on-line to an AI chat, on with a few e mails from a real person - to placing the order to the convenience of tracking right to delivery ALL was seamless
- the unit was installed by a licensed electrician and he commented your units are straightforward to install
- delivery service was terrific
P.S. we have apple phones and are having difficulty getting in onto the wifi;-(
I have told others of our experience and satisfaction
Update - i connected with the on-line chat (service help)and we were successful in setting up the wifi required the Alexa app

Excellent product
Excellent product, not quite do it yourself, but we did manage to get it up and running.
We discovered a fault in the copper line, but Senville replaced it promptly.
It would go smoother with a more user friendly manual or online service. Even the electrician had difficulty. But it runs very well and efficiently! A great addition to our house!

Terrible Warranty and Customer Service
I bought a dual zone mini-split. After 5 days, the unit died. I was on the phone for two hours while a tech walked me through a diagnostic program. He determined the master control board was bad. I told him that it was 104 degrees where I live and I needed the part shipped FedEx overnight. The next day, I called Senville and their customer service rep told me that the company HAS NO WAY to send anything out overnight. The told me the part would be shipped out in 48 hours via FedEx Ground ... for delivery in another 5-7 days. This is not only TERRIBLE warranty service, it's TERRIBLE customer service.

Why I installed Multi split together with existing AC in Detached house?
Multi split fixed the issues of having different temperatures at my detached house. It was the best purchase this summer. The three multi split in three bedrooms in the upper level on my detached house. Now, I don’t have any issue of cooling my house as all three levels are having similar temperatures. i also had a rapid cooling unit upstairs now separated from my central AC unit. The installation is done by Licensed technician. The Senville team helped me in getting the right sizes of piping needed. I noticed that the 25 feets of 18k unit is different than the other smaller units.
