If only I could give a 0.

Purchased an item worth over $1k which was supposed to arrive between 1/4 & 3/4.
Received notification order out for delivery on 30/3. Waited till midnight. Nothing.
31/3 morning, out for delivery. 15 mins later, status changed to "failed delivery - customer rescheduled". No one even contacted me.
Contacted CS agent. Assured me I would receive on same day. Nothing.
Contacted CS again the next day. Agent said today. Priority. Nothing
2/4, I contacted again. Oh your order is out priority. Nothing.
3/4. Still nothing. Obviously I was livid at this point.
4/4. Nothing.
5/4. Nothing. I gave up because at this point it did feel like they were just gaslighting me at every turn. I requested refund. I was notified that I would receive update by 7/4.

It's 8/4. Have I received my refund? No.

It has been really appalling. It's all template responses, no sincerely, no effort at service recovery, one agent even cut me off when I was ranting. To my defence, I didn't start off as an angry customer; I was concerned and I did give it a chance. I wasn't lied to once. I was lied to 6 times. They also kept putting the case as resolved every time we ended the chats so false KPI data.

Worst thing is, I didn't even buy the item for myself. It was a gift and it was expensive gift which I can't replace yet because they haven't given me a refund.

Anyway, the most recent agent said I would receive an update "possibly" today.

its the worst company with lousy policies...

its the worst company with their stupid policies. they are the worst!
high service fees, high coms, high charges. lowest CS, lowest recovery, will not protect buyer. avoid at all cost for seller. lousy delivery partner and policies

Sell at other platform have way better earning

Horrible delivery

Shopee Xpress is absolutely horrible! 5 orders with status "Out for delivery" since last week. Customer service is useless and only provides "template replies".

1 order declared lost after more than 10 days. Refund was prompt but I wasted more than 18 days waiting for this order.

My orders purchased from TaoBao in China arrived much faster than items purchased locally from Shopee.

Horrible!

Item not delivered by shopee’s own…

Item not delivered by shopee’s own deadline and no confirmation on where item is or when it will be delivered. Asked customer service, they did not give firm answer then unilaterally ended chat saying they need to attend to other customers. Outrageous customer service !!

Bad experience with hellokittydaily.sg

Bad experience with hellokittydaily.sg seller on Shopee. Bought a flask online but received a dented piece. Seller asked me to place another order and will give me discount. What if seller send me another defective item again? Stay away from this seller.

Terrible SPX

2 orders got stuck in the SPX delivery hub for 10days! For one of the order, the CS promise a voucher compensation to be credited in 24hrs. For those reading, don't trust on this voucher compensation. It will NEVER come even after checking with the CS 3 times in the next 4 days.
This is them using this tactic to delay buyers from clicking refund on the order, cuz they quietly hoping the spx will miraclely start delivering the parcel.
Once parcel stuck in delivery hub for more than 3 days, its highly lost in the warehouse. The CS and refund agents are just wasting your time to wait for more days. Really a waste of 10 days waiting for 2 parcels that never come, they should have refund after parcel stuck more than 4 days so buyer can get a new order instead of wasting 10days for a parcel that will never come!

To add on regarding their supermarket:
Bought a product, the product picture put it comes with a free gift. I buy it for that free gift. Product came without the free gift, this is call fake advertising! Talk to the supermarket cs and she give all sort of excuses and reply was slow.

Edit: compensation voucher was promised on 7mar, finally received it 6 days later, in between have to pester cs 3 times.

Long delivery leadtime.

Extremely Bad experience especially if one purchase with self collection in Sgp. App update says Parcel out for delivery at 10+am but item is yet to reach collection point after gaving waited for 4 days????!!!! Note: Sgp is a small country n surely does not take 4 days to reach pickup pt right? Worst item was missorted when delivery was attempted n as such will need extra item to get correct item to the collection pt. Terrible customer experience. Does shoppee give delivery priority to self collection item??

By now, the price of the product has dropped due to 3.3 promo . Need shoppee to compensate me with the delta in price: original price vs promo price in view of inability to collect the item due to delivery mixed up n gross delay.

Feels absolutely like a sham business…

Shopee Xcover insurance : Feels absolutely like a sham business to me. I thought at first it was a good option to have insurance coverage for the item until I tried to make a claim. The policy states it’s for “full damage protection” and the coverage is 6 months from the day item is received by buyer. Item is a fabric grocery trolley bag and in less than 3 months, the handle got torn off. I had only used it very infrequently. I then proceeded to make a claim, which, by the way is quite cumbersome, and they require some details that may be sensitive to some ( eg: device serial number and such). Video and pictures were provided. A few days later, I received an email informing me that my claim is rejected as the torn off bag handle is considered “cosmetic” only….!!!! No other reasons or explanations given. The handle of a bag that is torn is considered “cosmetic?” I have no words. This should be sufficient to show readers
what you’re in for. I started to search online on the reputation of this XCover company and found scathing reviews from angry customers on several websites from different countries as well. Some referred to the company as a scam. I should have done my homework on this company before opting in during my checkout on Shopee. I’m now putting this online to let readers know. Don’t fall for their seemingly enticing “full damage protection” phrase.

Missed delivery with no accountability

Ordered fan on 2 Jan and delivery date given was 6 Jan. Dates kept moving till today and still not delivered. Their delivery team does not update reason why or whether package lost or when they will deliver. What a pathetic company and service!. I will never again use Shopee ever in the future.

One of the worst site to shop at as it many dishonest sellers especially those from china and Vietnam and many irresponsible sellers who pack items badly even when you buy for 50 plus .
What I hate most about the site is the unreasonable and dishonest refund staff who side with their courier and errant sellers .
The refund agents make this site a nightmare for customer given High rate of dishonest and errant sellers at shopee and given shoppee history of poor courier service .
The refund agents are dishonest and fabricate stories and come up with all excuse to avoid refunds,
For instance on 18th January, the courier lost 2 parcels and claimed its delivered and when I ask for photo proof they keep showing another parcel photo for all 3 parcels and refuse to refund us though we wasted alot of time writing in and showed courier is lying.The worse part is they expect you to take the dirty parcels inside your house and do filming of unboxing the parcel and show all the items inside parcel and then continue to film taking out each and every items and at the same time you must open up each item and show every part of the items for instance in the case of garments, bedsheets and towels which is unreasonable as then it becomes making a movie and not taking the video.So if you don't do such tedious and time consuming filming for each parcel and each item you cannot raise dispute for items that come dirty and damaged and items deliberately send wrong items by the dishonest sellers as they don't have stock of what you purchase.
In another instance we purchased 6 towels from a seller chimes who is a very irresponsible seller and pack items badly.
The refund agents wanted us to show every part of the 6 towel as we took out out of the package in a continous video.The seller chimes packed 6 towels badly with all dumped inside one thin dirty,black polymail plastic and the 3 pink towels smell bad and had yellow spot when we took one of it out of wrapper. Though we produced the unboxing video to show that the pink towels come from the package by seller chimes ,refund agent sided with seller and refuse to refund us.the video showed the Grocery bag dumped with 6 towels and don't even have plastic wrapper over it that is obvious in the video we submitted and yet the refund agent called lady wrote to us lying that Grocery bag is well packed inside plastic wrappers .are the refund agents blind or what ?if you want or raise refund for any damage or dirty or wrong garment or laser number of items send,this be come a tedious and unreasonable task to do filming of each parcels and each items inside the parce
Everybody is well aware that there are very bad reviews of shoppee courier and warehouse on how they dump parcel at void decks and dustBin area and every dirty flooring possible before courier bring these parcels to customers so its ridiculous refund agent expect you to take the dirty and dusty parcel into your house and do a movie out of unboxing and each item .
We had a very dishonest Vietnamese selelr who deliberately send lesser value items and not what we ordered and we wasted our time taking videos and submit but refund agents keep saying video not clear and insuffice as they are blind.we only realise later this Vietnamese seller had bad reviews of cheating other customers by sending missing and wrong and lesser value items that we complied and showed shoppee refund agents but they still keep finding fault with our unboxing video and chose to give our monies to the scamming seller.
For years we've Shop at ntuc FairPrice and asos and ebay and we never had such unreasonable demands made by refund agents such as those from the shoppe site for damaged and wrong items by seller.The shoppee refund agents are dishonest and insane.stay away unless you want to lose your monies to dishonest sellers and refund agents at shoppee

SPX is really the worst courier

I cannot help but write a 2nd bad review about SPX. Previously I wrote that SPX lost my parcel. As I needed the item, I decided to order the same item from the same seller. Afterall, it wasn't the seller's fault as the parcel was lost by the courier. And I thought SPX would do better.
It was a mistake to think that SPX or shopee would try to improve. Once again, my parcel was lost in transit by the courier.
I would have received my item on 11/1, but due to the incompetency and terrible service from SPX, it's now 29/1 and I am without the item, and I have to once again source for it. I have wasted precious time from waiting, re ordering, waiting some more, and writing numerous complaint emails.
I would have given it a NEGATIVE rating as I feel even a 1* review is too good for it.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Customer service only has template answers. Take no accountability for anything resulting in losses for the individual. Delivery partners are irresponsible and they don’t take any action

unreliable

Item is not deliver despite the customer service usual assurance (programmed template) answer.

-Long short story-
Item supposedly deliver on 9th Jan 24. status kept changed from "parcel is out to delivery" > "driver failed to deliver on time" > "parcel has arrived at sorting facility" > rinse and repeat with no ending cycle. Delayed and delayed, and finally it led to "PARCEL LOST" after 14 days. Not sure how they handle it though.

My other parcel confirm have the same fate, status kept rinse & repeat.

Customer service only repeat delivery status that is already shown on the app. So its kind of pointless to ask?
For eg.
App status: "your parcel is out for delivery"
Cust svc: "we know that you are frustrated blah blah blah... please rest assured that your parcel is out for delivery blah blah blah"

Other issues inquiry is still ok i guess but not really helpful for delivery issues.

Appalling customer service support from…

Appalling customer service support from Shopee, Singapore bought a product a shampoo and it arrived with about 8 weeks left before expiry. The advert has no clear reference to any expiry date but Shopee apparently support their vendors with this kind of unscrupulous advertising and not their customers. Obviously only money matters and not ethics or responsibility. I would suggest to delete the app, as I will, and use a more honest service provider.

I was expecting my item delivery that…

I was expecting my item delivery that was supposed on 16th January. It didn't come. Latest status they will re-attempt to deliver in 24-48 hours. Today is 21st January obviously 48 hours has passed and I still haven't received my item. Tracking number SPXSG042716415401. I've been asking them over and over via email, internet chat and facebook messenger and all they said they are sorry, apologise, checking with relevant team YET they can't give me actual date on when I can finally receive my item. Very very bad customer service from Shopee Singapore and Logitech Official Store. In the end I submitted the case to Small Claim Tribunal and expected date to attend before the Registrar of the Small Claims Tribunals will be on February 13th 2024. I encourage those who are having issue with Shopee delivery do the same. They don't value our time and money and take our loyalty to them for granted.

I indicated my date required for item and engaged customer service for expedited delivery. Deliver attempt was made after refund request was put up.

I indicated my date required for item (2 days after indicated delivery date of 10 Jan on Shopee platform) and logged a case to customer service when there was a 1 day delay on 11 Jan. A subsequent check was made 12 hrs later to confirm expedited delivery is arranged.

Due to nil delivery on 12 Jan, the case was logged for refund which was cancelled twice. Delivery was then logged with new instructions to leave at doorstep, which wasn’t applicable to this delivery due to the bulky nature.

I have clearly not received item despite promise by Shopee customer service agents Nick and Sophie. Bringing this up further if no appropriate management of the incident.

SHOPEE SCAMMING SELLERS!!!!!

SHOPEE SCAMMING SELLERS!!!!!! AVOID BY ALL MEANS

Hi, I think I am getting scammed. I am unable to withdraw money (the crypto). So basically you are running a 'shop' on shopee for them. You get money by listing products that are from shopee and paying the 'supplier' forward you don't have to stack an inventory. We are the 'middleman'. You will get 'orders' of customers, when there is an order you click on a button to 'process' the order. When the order is processed you can see 'addresses' and the 'name' of customers. You can also 'follow' the package. After 4-5 days you will get your money (usdt) back into your wallet and get around 20% profit. For example you get an order for a electric kettle that is 200usdt you pay 200usdt and after 4-5 days there will be 220 USDT. The thing is you don't have the keys of your crypto wallet that are on 'shopee'. As you are made to believe that you can make more sales on Shopee as a midleman and get more profit you will note that the more USDT you deposit the more orders you get. I have sadly already put more than $14 0000USDT in it (Total investment and profits being currently well over $36000USDT after aving so amny sales). I withdrew only $680 and was hoping to withdraw more then they kept blocking my withdrawals. The weird part is that they let me withdraw the small amounts which are below $1000 but when you try to withdraw a large amount say $5000 they won't let you and the moment they realise you have a lot of profits in your wallet they bring in a very big order which will be more than what's in your wallet. They do this deliberately so that you keep pumping more money into the system BUT you won't be able to take out a penny. Theyhave a way to manipulate the system and are waiting for me to deposit more money in to fulfil pending orders. Their Customer Service do not help and work with Shopee to frustrate all your enquiries and they offer no solutions to any enquiries you make. Their user interface is very restricted and they control everything behind the scenes as you can not control anything as the seller. If an order is not processed within 72 hours they will freeze your shop and have to pay 1001USDT fo re-open it , but still even after paying the money you Shopee Wallet will only be unfrozen after 3 days. Even if you want to withdraw the money they will make sure you won't get any access and if you happen to have any money in the wallet and there is a pending order to be fulfilled , they won't let you withdraw anything. I am sure their systemis more of a Task Scam. They will bleed you dry and take every penny out of you. I am convinced I won't see any penny and I have to accept that my money is gone. AVOID!

Poor accountability, poor customer service!

Bought an iphone during 12-12 sale. Status states that it was out for delivery since 19 December. Until then, no status update whatsoever. Tried talking to live agent but they only gave robotic answers which were not useful at all! Poor accountability and poor customer satisfaction! By the way, as of today, I have not received my iphone yet. SPX has already sent me a WhatsApp message to respond as to whether I've received the order. How ridiculous!
