Bought 3 items from a seller, Zhuang1.sg but delivered 2. Seller did not sent confirmation upon payment. Shopee is of no help even after explaining to them the issue. I am not buying anything from Shopee anymore. Not safe.

SPX is utter crap
Shopee was fine for years. Pretty reliable... until mid November 2023 or so. Then went down the toilet due to SPX failures. I've had 7 delivery failures+delays in less than a month, ALL BY SPX. Right now, 2 new packages are stuck in limbo, BOTH BY SPX.
SPX, Shopee's own in-house delivery service is the worst of the worst I've experienced in Singapore in past 5 years, at the very least. No accountability, no way for customers to resolve delays or lost parcels. Worst, they're FORCING sellers to use SPX; sellers cannot choose to avoid that crap service, so now both sellers & buyers are suffering.
Customer service is incompetent, uncaring, and on FB messenger, downright RUDE. They've quietly removed their hotline number from Shopee app. Live agent is unreachable through the app. If you leave an enquiry, you'll get a robotic reply with zero resolution on email. Oh and sometimes they'll promise voucher compensation which wouldn't come unless you repeatedly email them for days.
Bad shopping experience
Yes , I now do agree with the negative reviews here. Bought an item from a reputable seller. However , the app tracking status states parcel was sorted to another driver in charge of a different route on 14 December which was the delivery date.
After emailing their customer service numerous times , a reply came from among a sea of standard replies stating above reason and mention will expedite delivery within 1-2 working days.
However , till date on 17 December there is no delivery of the parcel despite chasers sent to them and as expected , a standard reply from their customer service. Zero replies. Would encourage unlucky shoppers like me to lodge a police case to safeguard yourself against such bad processing policy and treatment.
Lesson learnt, do not shop at Shopee ever.

force ppl use terrible SPX
Terrible mindset and training from Shopee. Forcing ppl use their own deliver the Shopee express, which don’t pick up, deliver but keep lost, damage and steal. Then when seller and buyer request to change courier, they lie and don’t allow to change.

One of the worst marketplace that doesn't support sellers. Our team processed all customers orders within 1 working day but Shopee delayed our customer's delivery by 10 days. Our store then received a 1-star rating from this customer and we requested Shopee to remove this review, all they kept mentioning was to get buyer's consent. Question is, are we supposed to do damage control on behalf of poor service created by Shopee? Definitely a system flawed company that doesn't support sellers, leaving sellers to leave with no choice and to leave their marketplace.

Shopee allow their shopee express courier to fake tracking information based on whether you reply to their courier's message. i was at home the whole time waiting for the parcel to be deliver since its out for delivery just to be hit by recipient not at location as i did not reply to the courier message as the number is not in use. Wasted buyer's time and no remorse from shopee and courier so beware of the fake tracking and lies by the courier who does not even deliver and accuse of recipient not at home not once but twice. Customer service officers also worse than bots and anwser with template anwsers not related to questions asked.

I'm incredibly upset with the customer service I encountered. I bought a product at a discounted during 1111 events in low price, then Shopee cancel my order. When I asked for an explanation, they initially cited an incorrect address. However, despite providing evidence to the contrary, they then claimed the packaging of seller didn't meet their requirements, leading to the cancellation. My complaint to customer service resulted in a generic response with no specific details provided. Adding to the frustration, there was no willingness to offer compensation. This entire experience has been thoroughly disappointing. It seems like they encourage customers to reach out publicly, but behind the scenes, they provide unsatisfactory answers just to silence the issue.

Poor Buyer Protection
I triggered a cancellation before seller shipped item but was refused despite item only being shipped 9 days later. Despite all the talk about buyer protection, after assuring me I could return a totally untouched and unopened item for a full refund, they sided with the seller and the seller kept both the money and the items.

The drop off points POC was happily talking outside and told me to leave my package at the table and eventually they did not scanned my package and cause the order to be cancelled . Now 3 of my package when missing , they even ask me to show proof . How am I able to show proof to them, am I suppose to take every single picture at the drop off points every time ?

Im so angry with shopee customer service, however they is no channel can lauch the complint. They simply close my case after i reported missing item. Is like a robot reply. Ask proof then close case after 2 day even proof is given. This i 2nd happen time to me. After i seeing shoppe rate in here, i guess i know why. Shoppe not concern the buyer at all and they not care client feedback cause they not even open a channel for client to feedback. Is a mistake to continue use shopee. Should banned this platform. Luckily i never buy expensive thing in this platform.

2023 On 1111, i purchased a monitor light with no promotion price, but I saw the Shopee 30% unlimited coins cashback. Before i made my payment, I saw the cashback amount was around 1019 coins appeared and started to click payment. Unfortunately, i didn't do a screenshot at that time, and I don't know if anyone will do that.
Yesterday 15/11 when I clicked "item received " and found out there, the 30% was not credited into my account. When I brought up this issue, the team replied that I didn't apply for the cashback! How could it be, the item there is no promotion price and the only promo is the 30% unlimited coins cashback. Do you think I'm so stupid that I didn't apply the cashback? Or can i ask the public, will you apply the cashback if you were me when the item has a 30% cashback?
* Earlier, there were twice that i made reviews for the items I purchased, but the coins were not credited into my account!
Now i had requested a return and refund of this item!
Already info the seller Baseus, they mentioned if item open they will lodged police report?!
May I asked the public, when you received an item delivered to you, do you open and checked all accessories must be inorder before you click item received?

service is bad and the whole system problem
Seller sent me the used battery(should be band new). I returned item to shopee warehouse. Shopee informed me the refund will release to me.
After few weeks, Shopee inform me the seller did not receive item. Now I lost money and shopee do not take any responsibility.

Honestly, I was directed to contact the seller directly and when I contacted the seller they redirected me back to Shopee saying that the delivery is handled by Shopee only for Shopee to say that they are unable to do anything… What’s worse is they give you a bunch of excuses and no conclusion. Refuse to refund too.

Shopee only favors customers and willl block sellers as and when they like. If there is a function for 0 star i will give it. A bunch of mess and do not trust their number of products sold, sellers with many phone numbers can manipulate the data to their benefits and make fake reviews. 100% not authentic marketplace and will not be selling through here anymore. Google reviews work much better and are more transparent to consumers and sellers!

Terrible Big E-Commerce Scammer
Shopee SG is a terrible e-commerce merchant Scammer. Previously, I've ordered virtual service item from this platform. I've filed case disputes with them and failed badly. It stated inconclusive evidence and cancelled my request of refund. They collaborated with the seller to cheat my payment. The seller didn't deliver appropriate service to me and still could con my payment. It's a black market platform. They don't have Paypal or Stripe options for buyers because they are intentionally scam buyers in another way. Please stay away from bad platform. Worst experience ever have!!!

Untrustworthy/unprofessional Shopee is!
I'd received the delivery of the Rear Trunk Tailgate Gas Shock Dampers Lift Strut Support Rod Bars Lifter and it's too long by 5mm and unable to replace/ install it. Immediately, I raised a return and return to shopee and corresponded with the seller for the issue abd the reason of rejection completed with photos.
Shopee responded within 4 hrs! It's ludicrous and annoying to receive the unapproved reason from Shopee and approved the payment to the seller without my acknowledgement receipt in the shopee apps of the said part; even with my valid reasoning and photos that warranted the Return Refund! The assessor is unprofessional! If he or she was unqualified to handle the matter, it should be escalated to a senior/manager. Thereafter, I contacted Shopee and raised a dispute. According to shopee, it take 1 to 3 days to reply according to their email raised. On the 4th days, I contacted shopee and the customer service responded that it might be taking 5 days and she has raised internally to expedite it. However, unit today which is the 6th day, there isn't any outcome!
Shopee Reason: Inconclusive Evidence Submitted by Buyer
It's the worst service I've ever seen, and it's rated below one star!
