Cooks Cast Stone Bewertungen

On the 7th March 2024 I ordered 2 bevelled stone caps and 2 stone spheres from Sean at SIGNATURE STATUES. Unfortunately the goods arrived badly damaged due to really poor packing? After a small delay the new goods arrived in perfect condition however the damaged goods where left on my drive on a pallet with all the packaging!! After 3 emails from myself asking when the damaged goods will be collected Sean has finally responded on the 22/5/24 "We cant collect the damaged goods , pallet and packaging unfortunately I don't have the means to do so " I kid you not!! I am nearly 60 years old and I cant lift any of the damaged stone goods as they are too heavy..............Help, please Sean !

Excellent quality, good arrangements regarding delivery

Everything was ok until they failed to notify me of a delay other than that I would have give them five stars

excellent product, good communication from seller, good price.
would highly recomend

Very easy site exactly what we have been looking for and they delivered to very heavy objects to were we wanted them and very very well packaged

I have to say, due to a busy life it has taken a couple of weeks to get around to this but the quality, punctuality of this company was amazing. I will certainly look at more products. I had ordered 6 similar yellow Cotswold products from a company in Oxford and turned up damaged, so refund and returned! Signature Garden Statues were brilliant and even sent a free stepping stone! Best Wishes and keep the hard work and quality going. Thank you. Mrs Andrea Allman

Pair Serengeti lions…arrived separately!
One damaged crown of head ,replacement please.
Second lion has poorly cast feet , will not withstand frost.
Only one circular base supplied ….too small, wrong colour.
Suggestion…find another carrier. Examine quality of product for defects prior to despatch. Jh.

Recently bought a sundial and plinth as a birthday present for my husband. After a phone call, the order was speeded up and it arrived on time. Very happy with the product and delivery was very efficient.

Excellent service and communication. Items better than expected. A very helpful delivery driver. Be prepared for the weight of your items.. I will be using again, really good quality.

The product is great. The communication from the delivery company was woeful. They sent email delivery information the same day as anticipated delivery with no prior warning - email to me sent after indicated start of delivery window. Then delivery aborted without any indication until several hours after delivery window expired. Attempts to contact delivery company by phone / email ignored. No phone call or text updates by delivery company. Similar notification issues the following day when product actually delivered. Terrible customer service by courier.

Easy to order. Had to ask when delivery was due as after 2 weeks I had had confirmation of my order but no delivery date. Then all of a sudden delivery date appeared without any acknowledgement of my enquiry. However delivery duly appeared exactly as indicated. Good advance warning of eta. Easy off-loading. Great product.

The company was friendly, professional and helpful. The items were quality and look beautiful in my garden area.

Very good sun dial pedestal , value and appearence. Good service and delivery.

Amazing quality! Thankyou so much

I spoke to Shaun prior to purchase as I needed the exact size of the pedestal top. He went to measure it for me which was good of him.
Pedestal arrived on the date and time I was told to expect it and I am very happy with the purchase.

Good price, excellent service & great product. I am delighted with the plinth I purchased.

Great customer service from the outset. I was looking for a suitable Golden Retriever statue as a memorial to our Retriever who we sadly lost recently and this was perfect. I emailed Signature Statues before deciding to purchase as I wanted to see more photos of this statue at different angles and they were more than happy to oblige and sent a couple over. The statue itself is lovely, I have only taken a star off because there was a long delay in despatch/delivery but when I emailed Signature Statues, my order was despatched the very next day and it arrived a couple of days later. I would recommend.

I bought some garden solar lights pack of 6,Signature Garden. absolutely brilliant. it's only April and it's rained a lot, but every night they are so bright and stay on for a long time during the night. The best . I highly recommend them

I was able to help get it off chaps van . He would’ve struggled otherwise.
Came in great condition, wrapped in carpet .

Good product, good delivery.
