Easy ordering, good images, beautiful stunning product and excellent delivery service

Beautiful eagle owl statue, delivered within the stated time frame. Excellent customer service, keeping me fully informed of progress up to delivery.

Very prompt and true to there word great to deal with

I was very underwhelmed by the company and the product we received, it was delivered late, I sent an email asking where the item was and got no reply, I phoned several times and the number was unavailable at the time even thought it was within office hours, after another email I finally got a reply, no apology for the delay just saying it would be dispatched that day and delivered the next day, it was another two days before I got my item so clearly wasn't dispatched on the day that was said.....their customer service needs working on!
The item itself was filthy, I had to clean and polish it myself before I could give it as the present it was intended for, a little care and attention to detail before sending out customers orders would go a long way.
Would I use this company again... probably not.

great product, fast response to queries.

order this bench and i am very pleased with it very well constructed thank you would recommend

Excellent service. Item arrived a day earlier than promised. Well packaged and protected.

Love the product! Really pleased with the quality and it’s a beautiful addition to the garden. I was bought one planter and pedestal as a big birthday present loved it so much I ordered a second one. Thank you

We hadn't had many updates on delivery and I had gotten a litte concerned as it had passed the estimated 10 days for delivery but i got in contact with the company and they arranged delivery for the following day. The item came and was really beautiful and we are very happy. A sundial for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary.

We are delighted with our new garden bench. Fab service all round and free delivery a bonus.

excellent friendly service , prompt delivery and quality items, well packaged too ,will most certainly be using again and would recommend to anybody

Delivered in time, item just as described

Ordered on 28/4, the money was taken from my credit card, but my order has still not arrived.
When I phoned last week to chase my order, as I had had no communication from the company, I was told it would arrive this week. No explanation or apology for the delay, even when I mentioned that the order was à present for my husband’s birthday on May 11th. When I placed the order, it said orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days.
I’m hoping it will arrive soon.
Update: Signature Statues contacted me when this review was posted to try and help. It seems the delay was due to the courier who appears to have misplaced my order. The problem has now been resolved and my order should be delivered later today. Fingers crossed and thank you!

Reliable quick service delivered and well packed so not damaged

Purchased some bullnose wall copings for our front porch. They are fantastic quality in the Sandstone finish and have completed our house perfectly. Great work guys thank you!!

Purchased various stone components for our property. Parapet Coping stones, windowcills for our extension and some gate post pier caps. The quality of the product is excellent and delivery was on time to the date scheduled beforehand with the company. Highly recommended!

Order was delivered as promised, when promised and of exceptional quality.
Very pleased, the packing was even quality. Thank you!

On the 7th March 2024 I ordered 2 bevelled stone caps and 2 stone spheres from Sean at SIGNATURE STATUES. Unfortunately the goods arrived badly damaged due to really poor packing? After a small delay the new goods arrived in perfect condition however the damaged goods where left on my drive on a pallet with all the packaging!! After 3 emails from myself asking when the damaged goods will be collected Sean has finally responded on the 22/5/24 "We cant collect the damaged goods , pallet and packaging unfortunately I don't have the means to do so " I kid you not!! I am nearly 60 years old and I cant lift any of the damaged stone goods as they are too heavy..............Help, please Sean !
