SIMPLE Mobile is not just bad — it’s an outright fraud. This company operates like a criminal racket, stealing money from customers while hiding behind endless phone menus and robots. You call for help, and they bury you in a maze with no exit. You ask for service, and they give you silence. This is not incompetence — it is a deliberate strategy to cheat people.
Their network is a disgrace: constant dropped calls, nonexistent data, and SIM cards that expire without warning. They cut off loyal customers over pennies, but when they overcharge you, they vanish. This is theft, plain and simple.
A company that cannot answer its phones, cannot serve its clients, and cannot keep its promises should not be allowed to operate. They have betrayed the trust of every single customer who ever signed up.
I say this clearly: SIMPLE Mobile is a scam, and people need to know it. Shut it down.
Unprofessional and very rude
Let me write my review real quick because they're going to shut my service off I've been with simple mobile for a year and a half and I asked for one day grace. Because I just got back from Mammoth lakes California and I couldn't make it into a store I tried to stores one in Norwalk and one in Orange county and I couldn't find a simple mobile store around so I couldn't you know pay my bill you know there are small company I had more drop calls when I was up in Mammoth their customer service sucks and I called them and asked to get a one-day grace period so I could so my phone service wouldn't be shut off and they wouldn't give me a one-day grace. And I've been with him for like I said a year and a half their money hungry and their service is is the worst and I'm writing this review and I'm sending it hopefully someone out there that's thinking about getting simple Mobile will read my review and they won't get the service because it really is a rotten service it's very bad customer service is bad very poorly Ron trust me don't don't use them don't use them they are the worst

I have been with S M a year. I lose days every month . Every time I go pay for the next month, I lose a day. I cannot afford to lose service days. I am switching when my time runs out this time.
The internet signal is the worst, The customer service is the worst
The service is the worst. You can not even reach their customer service by phone, they keep you waiting forever. And phone service, the worst, phone signals including internet access is so bad, you can't rely on its service especially in case you are in very emergency situiation. I am gonna have to cancel my mine and my wife's service with them and go with another company.
Almost to forgot to mention, they over charge you. Charge your credit card with totally different amount ( that you are supposed to be charged) without your permission. The worst experience!

Let's just say it is a combination of ALL of the issues listed here in the reviews; customer service wait time, unable to resolve ANY problem, lack of understanding what the problem is...the list goes on. SimpleMobile has the absolute worst service. They left me on hold for 2 hours just to tell me my SIM card expired. Nothing on their website or chats told me the issue. Once I knew the SIM card was the issue, NONE of their authorized stores had the SIM card in stock. Absolute waste of TWO days searching and waiting to make their Mobile Hotspot work.

Simple Mobile really doesn't have a Customer Service Dept. They service is nothing but AI loops that they want to discourage you. They don't want to talk to you or care, they just want your money.
They send you emails about your points. Which are actually USELESS because they make it impossible to use. Call them on the phone, for those of you who have nothing to do and no life, have fun with that. The FCC should pull their license. When I have time I'm looking for another phone plan.

MAJOR ISSUES
CUTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT CANNOT SOLVE A PROBLEM. WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO JUST GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. YOU CANNOT MOVE SIM CARD TO ANY OTHER PHONE THAT IS UNLOCKED. I THINK THEY USE THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE AND SIM CARDS. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE THAT I EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.
