Absolute worst customer service I have experienced, after my service was shut off PREMATURELY (a word I feel their owners/employees are extremely familiar with) I contacted their "help" services, which are a bit of an issue getting into in the first place, and was ignored by the customer service representative I was matched with, and was told to "do the math" (I already did, that's why I was there) gave me THREE DIFFERENT INCORRECT DATES and then ended the service call with no recourse of any kind

It’s been 2 weeks that I’ve had no service even though I have an active plan and phone with Simple Mobile I have called and chatted been switched to eSIM and still can’t access my cellular data so no calls, texts , etc . Ridiculous wasted money with simple mobile so now I’m switching carriers just waiting on info from simple mobile to transport my number to AT&T. Everything has to be sent to my email because my number although active isn’t working. After having Simple Mobile for years this experience has been awful a complete waste of time, money, and energy not to mention a total inconvenience for these past 2 weeks. Never again Simple Mobile.

No contraten con esta compañia, a mi me fue bien hasta que en la renovación de 12-2025, pasaban de cobrarme 49€ a 77€ o 67€ si me cambiaba dentro del grupo de Simple Telco a Mas Movil, les adverti en 4 llamadas en dias alternos y durante aproximadamente 15 dias que me iba a ir, es curioso cuando tuvieron conocimiento de la portabilidad me ofrecian 41€ durante 24 meses, les dije que eso era antes cuando me lo tenian que haber ofrecido es mas por 57€ me hubiera quedado.
La sorpresa viene cuando intento darme de baja evidentemente la portabilidad de los moviles por plazo perfecto hasta el 7-01-2026 pero el resto de servicios intento darme de baja el 29-12-2025 dicen que me mandan un sms con instrucciones, el dia 3-01-2026 lo mismo, y parece que lo solucionan porque me graban, pero no, el dia 5-01-2026 otra vez lo mismo y el dia 7-01-2026 no cuelgo hasta localizar el sms, aparecen todos pero tener cuidado te los mandan a una aplicación de mensajes medio oculta no a la oficial de sms, finalmente sigo las instruciones pero viene la sorpresa me cobran hasta el dia 10-01-2026 y a un precio disparatado con un 67% de aumento, pasan de 49€ por todos los servicios a 81,82€ sin ningun aviso ni nada, llamo y me dicen que ellos cobran una media, supongo que es de lo que les da la gana y unos dias mas porque tardan en hacer el proceso de baja y que es correcto, evidentemente no voy a pagar y mas porque es una actuación totalmente irregular y supongo que es en venganza porque me he ido, no es una empresa seria y honesta, lo fue mientras fue Virgin Telco pero ahora no lo es, no contrateis con ellos

Simple Mobile has redone there plans. the 25$ plan gets you 15 gigs data/hotspot... + roaming in 17 countrys... anything in between the 25$ plan to 60$ the roaming is stil the same... get more data for the buck, but not much in roaming, unless you go for the 60$ plan i listed some of the revised simple plans below.......................
$25 plan now includes 15GB of data (up from 5GB)
$30 plan now includes 20GB of data (up from 10GB)
$40 plan now includes 30GB of data (up from 15GB)
SIMPLE MOBILE will still honor the activation of the older fones bought from KROGERS,
it will say on the packageing,
SIMPLE MOBILE (powere by tmobile)
AS LONG AS you keep it active or switch to a newer simple mobile fone, they will not force you onto VERIZON TOWERS
If not wrong, you can still reactivate most of the old fones on simple mobile/tracfone/walmart family mobile... they look up the IMEI, they will send you a tmobile tracfone sim... Most USED TRACFONES that have been unlocked can be reused with the service with the same sim card long as not lot of time has passed... after so long, you will have to get a new sim...
the good thing of VERIZON VALUE, they are not forcing customers onto there network.... just any newer fones tracfone sells, TRACFONE, SIMPLE MOBILE, WALMART FAMILY MOBILE will be on the verizon towers.
there 60$ plan is still little steep but they are improving by the months
any old simple refill card that has not been used.... SIMPLE MOBILE WILL STILL HONOR THE OLDER UNUSED REFILL CARD, but will get more since
SIMPLE MOBILE HAS REDONE THERE PLANS.... some of the plans are listed at the beginning of this review....
for the 25$ refill, it says on it first 3 gigs at high speed then after that it is at 256kbs , just ingore it,, simple mobile will give you the same benefits. as if buying the same plan from the simple mobile site. roaming in 17 countrys / 15gigs data mobile or hotspot.. +$10 card for international calling.
Jacked up CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been a customer with Simple Mobile a mininum of 3 yrs and today it ends. They are lousy and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. They have merged with Verizon and they are POOR as well by way of internet service so i would not dare get their cell phone service. The lady in technical support went in and changed my email after not being able to assist with sending a link to reset my password. Their system is lousy as well but it is the consumer problem. IN MY OPINION THEY SUCK.

No contraten con esta compañía, la calidad es nefasta, el servicio es negligente, llevan cobrándome 5 meses después de haberme dado de baja. Me pongo en contacto con ellos me atiende una tal Valentina y todavía me dice que tengo que pagar un importe extra por los equipos después de 5 meses. Actualmente me encuentro en varios procesos judiciales contra ellos. Ahorra tiempo dinero y energía es mi consejo.

Deprecated SIM with no notice
Have had a mobile hotspot with them for 3 years to use as a backup when my regular internet fails. In the aftermath of a winter storm was informed that they deprecated the SIM card for my svc so I would have to wait and go into a store to get a new SIM card. Talk about useless. Won’t be using their svc ever again.

I paid extra every to have hotspot and it NEVER worked. Months later they finally convinced me to buy another one.
The hot spot worked for 2 days and now will not turn on.....
Oh and the receptionist who take your troubleshooting issues..... They all need terminated!

Increíble lo de esta empresa (simple) , he hecho la portabilidad a otra y me dicen que tengo que enviar el equipo con un código por correos o si no me cobran 30 euros, llevo dias sin recibir el código, cuando llamo para pedirlo me cuelgan sin miramientos, me dan número de teléfono del almacén, llamo y una señora súper borde me dice que eso es almacén... en resumen me estan poniendo muchísimas trabas para devolver el equipo supongo que para poder cobrármelo.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sharina from tech support — she was absolutely amazing. Honestly, Simply Mobile itself was extremely complicated to deal with, and activating the phone took about an hour and a half. The process was frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend the company overall. But Sharina was patient, professional, and determined to make it work, and somehow she did. If any management happens to read this — please give Sharina a raise! She’s the only reason this review gets five stars.
Do not use Simple Mobile
I’m genuinely outraged and frustrated to the point where I’m writing a review to warn others. This is the worst service provider to ever exist. I had an “unlimited data plan” with them and always lost service a week prior to it ending. I called their customer service two days ago and asked them to remove an old line from my plan and I woke up to them having removed my line instead. Contacted customer service again and the representative told me that they made a mistake and would add my line back into my family plan. I was on the phone with her for THREE hours (not an exaggeration) and she even made me delete my ESIM from cellular only to be told that their system hasn’t updated and that I’d need to call back the next day. Called back the next day, they removed a total of two more lines from my plan. Called customer service again frustrated and was not helped whatsoever. Ended up telling them to cancel my service with them which was what I should’ve done a millennia ago. All their representatives are clueless foreigners that have no idea what they’re doing. Guess it’s easier to pay foreigners overseas on cheap pay instead of hiring actual professionals with experience! Do not use Simple/Ultra mobile!

Me han dejado sin línea móvil una semana según una incidencia de la zona y todavía sigo. No puedo llamar, ni me pueden llamar, solo por wifi...No tienen servicio técnico urgente los sábados ni domingos.
Very unheplful or uninformative on almost all levels
After 12 hours on not having phone service and trying to reactivate my phone i had the dreaded task of calling into support. After being harassed by one of the worst automated systems in existence I got to speak with a rep. finally getting someone on the phone and explaining my situation they neither knew what phone i have had for over 6 months activated on their service nor how long ive been a customer. ( which was embarrassingly long) long story short couldn't solve problem and then got hung up on multiple times before being told they would call me back. I knew it was bs and was just over the whole thing and switched to boost within 10 minutes of getting off phone for over 2 hours.
