Good morning, I have been with company for 4 years, I was put in a situation today which I was not planning for my family to go through this horrific matter, called first to speak to a supervisor they said you can not speak to a supervisor where not allow to connect you, I said wow okay never heard of that before explained my situation and asked can I get an extension until this Friday,June 6th so I could obtain my service so I could receive calls from the dective and they told me sorry for your problems but know we cannot help you remember 4years so I do not recommend this company runnn.
Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad. Spent hours on support calls trying to get a hotspot re-activated. Their tech support does not know what they are doing. You SIM expires in 3 months and they don't know how to tell you that. The replacement SIM does not work. I have bought two hotspots and can't use either. They are not able to refund so I had to dispute with bank to get a refund.

What these people on here are saying is true. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Moreover, you may be hours on the line with them attempting to resolve an issue. Technical departments, no change, they are not knowledgeable enough to resolve issues. This site should allow you to write a review without choosing a star. They don’t seem willing to grant you any concessions, reprieves, credits or discounts either even when they can’t resolve an issue after hours on the line. Whoever you are don’t choose Simple Mobile. I suppose with the other providers you do pay a higher cost but you save time because the customer support & the technicians are astute enough to resolve your problems. Higher cost generally means better service & quality. I repeat, don’t choose Simple Mobile, invest your $ elsewhere, preferably with a top notch cell provider.

Nightmare Business
After 25 years in IT support, I can say, this is the worst company I have ever had to work with, as user or technician. Their customer service/tech service/ sales agent combo is a nightmare. They are very bad at all three and the fact the agents get spiffs for sales is a horrid idea. Attempting to get a simple config change to allow me to use a new mobile hotspot device has gone into a second week and they advice they may need another week. This, as my first week of paid upfront service has already burned away. As this point I have registered a fraud case with my CC company. Rest assured if the hardware I purchased wasn’t tied to only this company, I would never have considered them and will never do business with them again. I would advise everyone steer clear of this scam business!

I'd give it a ZERO if I could. My husband went on the simplemobile app and purchased a new phone. We have been on the phone FOUR HOURS WITH FOUR DIFFERENT people and they cannot get his phone activated. It can receive text but not calls. And they all have transferred him to another representative with no outcome. How can you sell and phone on YOUR website but you can't activate it? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
Update: $220 down the drain. Switched companies AND had to buy a new phone.
GRAND THEFT MOBILE CARRIER
i was overcharged 50 dollars on my account that i have for 6 years for 4 lines and its the same every month 135 dollars and when i pressed approve transaction i received a notification for a 185 dollars charge to my credit card called immediately and spoke to Jernomo on 3/17/2025 and after 45 minutes he assued me that a credit was issues and will credit my card back. A week later called back and spoke to wishryl on 3/26/2025 and told her that i did not get my 50 credit back and another 45 minutes later back and fourth she explained that the ticket number that jeronmo gave me was not a credit it was an Escalation ticket (whatever that means) for my next bill and that they could not do anything anymore .
In short simple mobile STOLE 50 dollars from me and do not wanna return it and dont wanna issue me a credit on my next bill.
Time to shop for another carrier.

Scam stealing money…
Simple mobile charged my card and double charged me they didn't apply the charges to my account or anything they just took my money and kept it, called they said they see the charges and woul refund my money but never did, I've never saw how a company can just charge your card for no reason and steal your money. I did a dispute with my card and the claimed I authorized the charged so simple mobile is a scam they are robbing people and I can't believe that can go on in America.
5 Day without Phone Service
5 Day without Phone Service, Messages Service, Data/Internet Service / Can Not make calls or receive calls, Can Not send or receive Messages, Can Not access the Internet. Many Phone Calls, Many STUPID Virtual Assistant prompts, many "Client/Service Reps" telling me to turn the phone Off/On again...Take the SIM Card Out/In again...hours on another phone trying to fix the problem(s)...the they tell me to get a NEW SIM Card...that will take from 3 - 5 days without service!

I was with them for over 8 years I would never recommend them to anyone. You do not get connections in some areas, I have a $32 plan and use my home data almost every day because I'm home on the 11th of the month is when my payment is due by the 5 or the other month my data runs out because they want me to buy more data they are a scam so I switch to mint mobile and get more data and pay less $25 per Month and get 20gb while simple mobile gave 10 for $32 I did have their $45 plan then I downgrade to $32 because having the $45 plan I always used my home wifi so I downgrade to $32 plan and even then I should never use up all that data but the criminals find ways to finish my data from the 17th of the month to the 5th of the following month so I get tired of that garbage and switch to mint mobile where I pay less and get more data. Not to mention 3 months for $15 unlimited to sign up after 3 months $25 for 20GB or $30 for unlimited
