This company is is probably one of the worst I've encountered yet. Their çustomer service is based in India,v great way to get scammed. Simple Mobile will lie to you, they will send you two different areas without any resolution and they have horrible customer service! This will be my last month with them as I am finding another company to be my carrier. Told me that my phone was broken and that I needed a new one by what was wrong with it and actually it was on there and they had something turned off and now I'm stuck with a totally incompetent and useless phone that doesn't work at all! Save yourself and do not do business with these people they are the worst!

i lost my phone which was never bought through simple mobile it was bough striaght out from apple so while i was going to wait on my replacement i was going to use my duaghters phone because she barley uses it only her ipad so when i called simple mobile very tarshy poor communication and they hang up on you trying to get my number switched to my daughters phone lady says umm we are unable to authenticate the transfer we are very sorry as i stated to her my daughters phone is unlocked to any carrier but she wanted to me to purchase a new line and sim card i said hell no why would i do that when i already gave these bxxx money for a line yall cant even switch over she then began to yall calling me a dumb ass i said i might be a dumb ass for spending money with this poor as trashy ass company but yall will not get another dime from me i disputed charges with my bank they ended up having to pay me back $850.00 for charging me when services werent even used lol who is the dumb bxxx now i dont recommend this shit hole company to a dog with a cell phone

Awful customer service he called me literally refused to repeat my address to see if he got it correct and couldn’t look up my order number when I gave him my order number along with tracking number, he goes like ohh you have to check with usps cause I can’t track it like dude that’s what you’re there for and idk what service u use to send packages usps is ups I’m not sure. Nasty indonasia call code when u call and they’re awfully mean to you.
Horrible experience
I purchased a hotspot device and got a one month subscription on 9/25/24. Their hotspot device was defective after using it for a day. After multiple phone calls, they agreed to replace the defective device. It took them 6 week to send me a replacement device due to the device being on backorder according to them. It was like pulling teeth to get a replacement device. In the meantime my subscription had expired as the month subscription ended 10/25 and I didn't get the replacement device until 11/10/24. They had promised to give him a month subscription credit but they lied as when I called today to get the credit so I can activate my hotspot, they refused to honor what they said they would honor. I wasted so much time on the phone with multiple calls. I would never use them again and I recommend for no one to use them

Server errors, transaction could not be processed error, blank pages, infinite loading, blank support pages. Also just the SIM card was 10$ usd with no credit on it. Total total scam please avoid buy any other SIM card.

This company is garbage! Never ever, ever, ever purchase one of their phones or Sims cards. They sold me the wrong sims card for my phone but wouldn't give me a refund. People from now on please check the reviews before you "BUY ANYTHING "! Phones, cars, clothes, TV's, furniture, homes, move in neighborhoods, hire services! Always check the reviews on rip-off reports. Businesses that do good business only deserves you business!! 😡

A new sim card registration is a problem and they are not able to fix now l can't receive any phone calls. During the calls they told me she is going to connect to her other department who will finish the job but Hanged up the call 📞. Not just 1 time, l can't receive any calls.
How do they run on Verizon network now? Makes no sense
I don't recommend this company to anyone. I tried to change phones and contacted them to assist with activating my number to another phone. First they told me they can but first I need to buy a simple mobile kit and when I did they they couldn’t successfully assist with the activation process. They told me “We did the best we could but we are unable to help” after unsuccessful tries on their end and not being able to activate my number on another phone. This is beyond frustrating and their customer service sucks so bad…. I’m changing carriers now. They are the only company that has issues with activation. Poor…

They are straight bull they called my account fraud after not honoring my gift card I had an order number from the gift card telling me that I would have to wait 24 hours to receive the gift card waited 24 hours called them two days afterwards. Nothing to show then waited for them to call me seven days afterwards. Nothing to show they were able to email my email for a confirmation codes. I got an email from them all the time for when I pay my phone or get extra hotspot. I even got the email for the order that I have made for the gift card through my points and saying that I would have to wait 24 hours to receive the actual gift card but when it came down to the actual gift card email and was never received and at the end of them making me wait basically 7 to 10 days they turned around and called my account fraudulent and then when I said, I’ve confirmed with you guys my email my payment history, my name my address and many other things instead of you guys honoring that your rewards program is fraudulent and has a problem. You guys need to fix your rewards problem rewards program they decided to tell me that my account was the problem oh, but it wasn’t a problem you guys were receiving my payments. It wasn’t a problem like I said before when it was confirmation code sent to my email. Everything was sent to my email. It was going to my email perfectly fine except for my gift card that I was supposed to receive on 28 October and we are now on 4 November yeah don’t don’t sign up for simple mobile they’re horrible.

Sucky customer service.
I spent hours online chatting the agents often ignored my requests. Verizon is literally forcing customer to switch from Net10 to Simple and nobody seems to be able to handle that process and even when they say they do they don't. I spent over 5 hours chatting and they haven't managed to fix it. Not to mention my cell reception is so much worse because the managed to activate their sim card just under Net10 when I specifically requested to switch now so I didn't have to do it in a week and since I was low on data. They seemed like they didn't want to or know how to honor the rewards that were offered to incentivize an early switch. Oh and when they get tired of running you around for hours they'll just eject you from chat.

I was paying my service through simple mobile for a phone I bought from them. When that phone got demolished after getting run over, I went on their website and bought another phone, the iPhone 13. I set it up through smart pay and was advised that I would be paying for my service and phone through smart pay every month. 4 months later, I noticed that I was being billed for my service twice a month. Even though I was paying my service through smart pay, simple mobile was still taking out my service every month directly through their app. I called and explained the situation and the woman in their refund department said she would issue a refund for the 4 months I double payed. 2 weeks later, never received the refund. Called them back and their refund SUPERVISOR told me that there is no notes about the refund in their system and the woman in HER department “must have lied to you”. I was shocked that this is how they conduct business. They told me there is nothing they can do and told me to contact smart pay. Smart pay tells me to contact them. It’s a money grab and a scam!
Just got told my problem can't be fixed because I can't use a second phone to fix my problem
I guess I should I checked here before going with simple Mobile it probably would have saved me a headache. Anyway today my phone was moving really slow and I had been buying a 15 gig data plan but my internet's messed up right now my home internet and it's costing me to blow through a lot of data so I went on to simple Mobile and I paid for the truly unlimited plan. I told the plan to go ahead and kick in today cuz I wanted the data and it did change my due date but it didn't bother to reset the data. So now I've paid $50 and I'm in the exact same position I was before and I went to customer service at simple Mobile and was told after an hour and 12 minutes that because none of the other options they tried (so knowingly wasting my time) but I had to have a second phone number to fix my problem and if I don't have that second number there's nothing they could do for me! I am old unmarried and due to being an ex addict I don't have any friends I had to leave them in the past! Well simple Mobile did not care that I could not get a second phone number without purchasing a second phone they literally told me without a second number I can't help you. I was pleading with her to try to get her to speak to a manager or figure out another option but she didn't care she just said is there anything else I can help you with and hung up on me she didn't fix my problem she just left me in the exact same position with no recourse. On top of that they wouldn't refund it they said all we don't offer refunds on service I was like what about service that isn't working? Still no refund I'm just screwed they completely don't care

Was with you guys 2 years I try port out you give me wrong ntp an account numbers for 4 days then turn my business line off an to port out now I have to give you guys 100 to get my lines ported out big money grab but I'm finally out if this last company for service I'd have no service
