If I could give a zero I would. I had made my purchase in early May, which the ladies in the store were delightful, and helpful with who to contact about my issues. It was only until after my purchase was delivered and built had it all gone downhill. In short, my bed was broken by the people who delivered and built it, I scheduled a new date for a new delivery to come, only to be told on the day they were not given the correct parts to replace what’s broken, why they didn’t just receive a whole new bed to replace my broken one is beyond me. After that I was told the bed is no longer in stock and that I’d have to pick from your catalogue of different beds to which I’d asked for a refund on both the bed, the delivery fee and building fee, to which they agreed. However, they needed to pick up the bed first, which was fine by me, however I work two jobs during the weekdays and cannot afford to take time off, I was told in an email that they can work with me to organise the soonest date the delivery drivers could come on a weekend and I’d hear back from them with a date. After a while I didn’t hear back from them I sent another email only to be told that they can only retrieve the bed on a weekday. And now after all this wasted time and emails that went no where I’ve had to take a day off for this bed retrieval to get my refund which is only just been booked in now. This process has been so long and painstaking. Customer service couldn't have given two shits about my issue and I swear didn’t read mine or their own emails as they always consisted of different information. This was my first big purchase of my own and safe to say I’ll never be shopping with you guys again.

Unhelpful customer service

Very helpful staff. Bought 3 items and saved $600. The items were delivered 4 days later. The delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely buy from them again.
