Julia and her lovely walker went above and beyond to look after our dog. They both listened well to her needs and took great care to look after her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service

We have a small dog who was rescued from Romania. Molly is very nervous with strangers and finding someone to care for her was difficult. SM Precious were recommended through Facebook and I have really never looked back. When Nicki first came to meet Molly she was so calm and patient, and eventually Molly was taking treats from her and we went for a walk with Nicki holding the lead. Nicki has now popped in to sit with Molly on 3 occasions and each time Molly is calmer and has allowed Nicki to take her for a walk. I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received from both Julia and Nicki, and would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them for as long as possible. SM Precious pets is the best find ever and I am sure Molly agrees.

It was a pleasure to deal with smpreciouspets. Julia who runs it was very friendly and helpful. All details were explained carefully as what to expect from the dog sitter. We were so happy with Jane who looked after our Golden Retriever. We had never had a pet sitter before. Jane came to see us and meet Bertie and get details of our house and how things worked. It was very clear Jane loves dogs and is very experienced in handling them. Jane sent us photos everyday when we were away and updates. Upon return Bertie was very happy and the house immaculate. Jane is coming back again this year. I am delighted to have found the service

One of the hardest things to do is to entrust your fur babies to a stranger even if it is for a happy event.....my wedding!! Both my pups are rescues and on the nervous side so it was very important for me to have someone who was able to stay in our home with our dogs so at least they would be in familiar surroundings.

SM Precious Pets were perfect! Very thorough in everything they needed to know about our dogs and were accommodating with my request that it be a female sitter simply because my pups are better with women than men. We were able to meet Dana beforehand so we knew exactly who was looking after our dogs and we (and the dogs) took to her immediately!

I highly recommend them to other pet owners and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future ourselves when off on our honeymoon!

David took the time to spend an hour with our 2 labs and take them for a trial walk before looking after them overnight. He was great, they instantly relaxed with him and we got regular updates and photos while we were away. Highly recommend

We booked SM precious pet services to look after our nervous rescue dog for a couple of days whilst we got married. From the minute we spoke with Julia, we were confident in our decision that a dog sitter would be best for us as it enabled us to keep our dog as relaxed as possible at home where she felt most safe.
Julia arranged for her wonderful sitter Jane who had experience with rescue animals to look after our dog. Jane came and met our dog Rose prior to the stay which was reassuring and was lovely to see our nervous girl warm to her so quickly! It really put our minds and ease knowing we were leaving her in such capable hands. It was a bonus having daily updates and felt great not having to worry about how she was doing as we knew she was being extremely well looked after. We will definitely be using them again!

I recently used SM Precious pets for pet visiting services for my lovely rescue cats. They visited my cats every day for an hour over two weeks, to feed and play with them. My pet sitter, David was absolutely wonderful and ensured my cats were given plenty of TLC and stimulation. I was worried that they may become depressed and/or stressed by my absence but that was absolutely not the case and they formed a wonderful bond with David, who provided frequent updates and pictures.
Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
A special thank you to Julia too, for resolving a potentially stressful situation after the original cat sitter was struck down with Covid.

Julia was excellent - at the last minute we needed someone to look after our dog for our wedding day as she had gotten a bug and couldn’t go into Kennels. Julia worked really hard to find a solution and saved the day!

Julie was super helpful at finding me a pet sitter at short notice. Great attention to detail everything went very smoothly and I definitely recommend and will use their services again.
