Ordered a 105 inch couch, very patience with me about the fabric selection (too many choices). Kept in constant contact about delivery. Once the delivery team unwrapped the couch, the footing cracked. Contacted customer support and Sarah contacted the vendor and a week later a new foot for my couch. Excellent sales and customer service!

This really is a 5 Star company. We ordered a pair of leather recliners about a year ago and they still look brand new. There was a slight problem with one recently so I called support to see if it was something I should handle myself. They said they'd take care of it. In a reasonable amount of time a furniture tech came to our house and made the adjustment. From my first phone call to inquiring about ordering to this last interaction I got excellent advise and help every step of the way.

I was reluctant to buy a sleeper sofa online, but I couldn't find what I wanted in person. I'm glad I decided to go with Sofas & Sectionals.com. I now have a beautiful little sleeper, Tilly, in Empire Carribean. I got the full size. I have limited space, and the fact that I could get a real full size mattress in a 69" wide sofa was the main reason I picked this one. I got the Enso gel mattress, and it's very comfortable with absolutely no feeling of the bar in your back. And the lift up headrest is easy to use as well.The added bonus is how gorgeous it is. Wow! Good quality, custom furniture isn't cheap, and takes a while to make.The workmanship is top notch, and I know what to look for. I just got this today, so I can't say anything about it's durability, but it looks and feels very well made. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll update this, but I don't forsee that happening. I wish I could post a picture.

The customer service has been exceptional! I started with an online chat. First, a real human answered my inquiry and quickly. The responses were thorough, polite and quite helpful. I then talked on the phone to two folks and I had an equally positive experience. Lastly, I emailed for a delivery update and got an answer quickly and accurate. I would definite buy from them again as a result of this great service!

Somehow, my initial sectional order got lost when being transfered from the manufacturer to a local delivery company. Sofas and Sectionals was very transparent and reordered our couch with no extra fees. The original order did eventually show up unexpected in 2 separate deliveries and I quickly let my S&S agent know so that the new order could be canceled.

From sales to service Sofas and Sectionals associates provide outstanding customer service. They are timely and effective in their actions. We are extremely pleased with our purchases. They are the best!

(6/28/2023) I was a bit apprehensive at first purchasing a high-ticket leather sectional from an online retailer that I'd never heard of before, but after speaking with their customer service personnel on a few occasions and receiving two update emails from Sofa & Sectionals since my initial purchase, I'm confident I made the right choice. S&S are always polite and professional, and they have been keeping me in-the-loop since day one. I'm looking forward to receiving my new sectional and, providing all goes well, looking forward to my next furniture purchase with S&S as well.

Our new leather sectional was delivered yesterday, as promised. The delivery crew was professional, polite and respectful of our property inside and outside. I can't begin to express how happy we are with this new addition to our home. As I previously stated, this was the first time we purchased such a big-ticket item from an online retailer, but it turned out to be the best decision we made when it came to new furniture. Everything about the new sectional is exactly what we wanted - the color, the type of leather and the queen sleeper. Only one small leather scrape issue was noted on one of the sectional pieces, but Elaine from Support had started the process of getting it taken care of as soon as she received our email. I'm impressed with our new sectional, but I'm mostly impressed with the professionalism, honesty and customer service that Sofas & Sectionals provided to us! We're suggesting them to our family and friends!

Absolutely amazing service! The first sectional we ordered was not a good fit for our home, but Sofas and Sectionals immediately addressed our needs. They were amazing, prompt, transparent, and very kind! I was originally hesitant around purchasing furniture from an online vendor, but they will ensure your complete satisfaction!

I needed assistance, picking out the perfect sectional, and Cory was most helpful in doing that with me. The sectional arrived three weeks early and delivery went off without a hitch. It is in perfect working condition and we are loving the heat and massage feature. We are very pleased with our purchase and plan to enjoy our furniture for many years to come!

First off, the options in coverings, comfort and sturdiness of the chairs I bought is fantastic. I spend more for quality knowing it will last and because investing in comfort is never wasted in my opinion. I had a slight issue with one of my chairs ( one of the wires got caught in a retracting mechanism and damaged the wire ) but I’m happy to say my customer service expert (Elaine) leapt into action, submitted my request for repair and we were off to complete resolution and n the end! Love confirming that the quality, craftsmanship, well built frame, comfort level, service after the sale, aesthetic appeal all come together with this company and their furniture products. Really paid to do my research, which led me to Sofas and Sectionals!

Our chair arrived in great condition, but some of the functions didn’t work. Hannah quickly coordinated a service call and always kept me in the loop. Soon all the functions worked! I was a little nervous about buying furniture on line from a company I did not know, but I would do business with Sofas and Sectionals without hesitation!

Sometimes there are problems with an order. What makes a huge difference is when you have a customer service that listens to the problems, is proactive in resolving the problem, and resolves your problem. Sofas and Sectionals went above and beyond. We LOVE our sofa and will use sofas and sectionals again!

Most of the representatives were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable, communicating with the manufacturers of the sofas we were looking at and then purchased.

Chair was damage upon receipt but customer service was fabulous. They reordered new chair and followed every step to ensure new chair shipped and arrived perfectly.

I purchased the Charmed Reclining Modular Sectional and am very happy with it. I chose that style so I could design and make the most of my living room space! It's very comfortable! I will start with the beginning and move forward. I ordered a beautiful sectional from Sofas & Sectionals, the Southern home living, Sweater Bone. So pleased and content with my choice! What could go wrong? The answer might be almost everything! Ha! So, our ordering process went fine. Within a few weeks I was contacted by the delivery company that they were about to deliver to my home. We were out of town. So we pushed the date out. They did not make it. Nor did they contact me to say it was going to change. So I called and I talked to Sarah and she handled everything. The delivery company gets to the house and the fella pulls the stuff out and as he’s unwrapping everything inside our door, I realize that part of it does not match. The wrong corner! Oh, and did I forget to tell you that part of the sectional was not on that truck. So the manufacturer, southern living, had produced the wrong item corner. We waited for the other part of the sectional to finally be delivered and it was after two or three delays by the delivery company mostly because of pure stupidity. Sarah was in my corner the entire time! We both thought that this could be fodder for a Saturday night live skit! Having said that, I love as does everyone who comes to my home our sectional.
