I ordered two unwire bras in April 2023. By August 2023 both bras had the unwire push through the fabric and damage my skin. I called for replacements. The answer was no, they do not warranty their products for any length of time. It's expensive to replace $70 bras every four months. Beware.
Will cancel order with sale items
Be aware, they will cancel order with good discount saying that the items are "out of stock", even though they are still selling them online(for full price, of course). If you don't want people to use your coupon code, then don't send it to your customer! Will never shop here again
Just had THE WORST customer experience…
Just had THE WORST customer experience ever thanks to Pyonna . . . over a $5 item. After ordering over $900 in 30 days, 1 pair of panties had the elastic not sewn on for about 3 inches. They would not make it right because it was outside the return window.
I let them know I was not trying to return, it was a manufacturing defect which has no time limit. I was just buying some to have spares.
They refused to credit me. After 15+ years with Soma, I am done.

I had been ordering online and wasn't able to get a perfect fit.
I had the opportunity to visit a store in Valencia CA, the service there provided by Julia was impeccable, she not only brought me a large selection of items she also made sure that they fit properly, which was a great benefit since I have been trying to find the right bra for over five years.
I had no problems with returning the bra that didn't fit for a full refund ( within the allotted time period that was offered for return) which I exchanged for the correct size and purchased a couple of more plus night ware that was so soft.
Hopes dashed
I originally purchased the vanishing and embracing bras in 32D, my regular size. They didn't fit right and so I went to the local store, and the sales lady had me tried 32DD. Lisa at the Destiny store was helpful and friendly. It seemed to be a better fit. I was excited because the previous manufacturer I bought from discontinued making supportive bras for the small rib cage yet full cup size.
Since the 32DD was a better fit
I decided to make an exchange. However, beware they do not make even exchanges. I lost my original sale price.😕
After 2 months of carefully washing and air drying the bras, the fabric was stretching out and no longer supportive. With rotating my 3 bras, I've always been able to wear a bra for 3 days before washing. These barely make it through a day and they are loose and unsupportive.
At the price of a bra, I'm greatly disappointed.
Disgrace of a company
Return policy is horrendous. $7.95 shipping plus $7.00 handling fees. Customer service is awful! Felt bamboozled by a company I thought was decent. Never again Soma!

I ordered 3 bras from Soma on April 4th. It is now April 28th and I am unable to get any kind of reply from Soma as to the status of my order… Their standard feedback form asked if I would like to hear from someone - crickets - In reading reviews this may not be unusual… I guess I need to find a new go to bra?

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought 10 pair of panties when they were running a buy 3 get 2 free. I bought 5 black and 5 warm amber. The quality of the black were horrible. I tried to return just the black and when I looked at my receipt, they had adjusted the price to accommodate themselves by charging me $19.20 for 5 pair of warm amber but just $3.84 for 5 pair of the black. Same exact panty. So, when I saw the quality of the black were really bad, I tried to return them and they offered me $19.20 for all 5 pair - total. Beware my friends!!!

I wish I could give Soma no stars after my experience both in the store and with customer service.
I purchased one of their bras for working out in the gym. This bra first had a problem with the strap where it is sewn together and I could not fix it. I exchanged this one and everything was fine until a few weeks later when I noticed a tear in the fabric. I also had an issue with the strap of another bra I bought at the Danbury Mall store, si I brought both of them back.
I was given a hard time witht he bra I brought back for the second time. In addition, they did not have the nude color of the original bra so I was offered a black one to use until the nude one came in. I was told I would have to come in and exchange them and I asked about this being done by mail as I am disabled and Danbury is quite a distance.
When I got home, I called customer service hoping they could help me handle this by mail. I was told that I would have to return the bra I had and then they would send me the new one. I have never heard of such a policy. Also, if it was policy, we all know exceptions can be made.
In addition to all this chaos, Tabitha at the Soma store in Danbury lied to the customer service supervisor saying that she offered to mail the correct color bra to me. That was not the case. In fact, I asked about it being sent to me and was told at the store that they can't do that. I told the supervisor this and that if I was offered to do this by mail, there would be no reason for me to call customer service. In addition, the supervisor, Jane, told me there was only 1 bra in my size in the original color that I returned in the warehouse and it would probably sell today. Jane also told me that she didn't know when or if they would get the bra I wanted in. Then to add insult to injury Jane hung up on me after she said she doesn't hang up on customers.
Soma was recommended to me by a friend but I will NEVER shop there again. Stay away from Soma Intimates. They don't stand behind their products and their customer service is horrible.
Pick Pockets!!!
I purchased seven bras on Friday, January 27th, 2023 and I wore one of them over the weekend and it was "simply horrible" because of the way it was made. The Style was an Enbliss Wireless Bra which has a two-tiered construction. The cup of the bra is "separate" from the elastic band which made the bra "rise up" which makes the bra "useless" in coverage of your person. Unfortunately, I paid via check for this merchandise ($269.48) and I returned all of the bras promptly the following Monday, January 30th, 2023 (3 days later) to their store in Lenexa, Kansas, to which I was told although they already have the returned bras, that I would not receive a refund of my money for them until 30 days and it would be mailed out to me from their Corporate Office in Ft. Myers, Florida, although the check had not even left the business location that I wrote out that day yet and they could have just given it back to me (but they did not) and I could have simply "voided it" and my account would not be touched since they already had the bras back. This is simply unacceptable because I got "a long song and dance excuse" when I called their Corporate Office Line on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 about the reasoning for having to wait so long on this transaction to which the Customer Service Person (a female) that I talked to was "very condescending" saying, "I am surprised that they even accept checks there and people should not even write checks." And besides, "There is nothing you can do about it anyway, because the money will be debited from your account." I responded back to her by saying, "Excuse me, what do you mean? I write checks all the time." She said, "Well, have you not ever had a problem like this before?" I responded "No, never." The bottom line is, they want to collect their money as soon as possible, but they want you to have to wait 30 days for the return of yours. Their Refund Policy is "totally stupid and unacceptable" and they "hold your money hostage" while you wait to receive your money back although they already have their items/merchandise back. It should actually only take 7 to 10 days like other businesses. It remains to be seen if I even get my money back. I was not optimistic, but I fixed my own problem by stopping payment on my check!!! It was simply ludicrous for them to take the money I had already paid out of my account because they already had the bras back and they were credited on the same day I returned them on the date as stated above. I was told they would withdraw the money and cut a check in the same amount tendered and mail it to me. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this business. They are definitely rip-off artists of your money and conduct "bad business practices" and they need to catch up to/with the current times and conduct refunds "electronically," so customers do not have to wait so long to receive their own money back. There is no rhyme or reason for any transaction to take 30 days to be processed for the return of a customer's money. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL AND NOT IN GOOD FAITH! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR BUSINESS! YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERY WAY! BY THE WAY, I DO NOT THINK THERE IS ANY WAY THEY CAN "IMPROVE THEIR ABHORRENT PRACTICES," BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO. IF THEY DID, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE SO BY NOW.

I ordered online from Europe paying quite an amount for customs. One of the more expensive items was simply not included in the delivery and since months I am trying to get hold of someone on the hotline or to get a refund. Customer service is not even trying to solve the issue. I paid 50 Euro for goods I never received.
Comfortable bras
I got four push up bras on a discount. They sizes run small but they are good nice comfortable bras. They sent in separate shipments and charged separately even when you buy together.
Soma $20 scam?
I purchased a $100 gift card from Soma on Black Friday. They advertised that I would receive the extra promotional $20 bonus card via email within 7 days. It has now been 3 weeks with no sign of the promised email. I called customer service 5 times and was put on infinite hold. Their customer service chat function has been down ever since I started trying to get this resolved. I sent an email asking that this be fixed and 3 days later received an email telling me to call or use their chat function to report this problem.
Today, after calling 3 times (they hung up on me twice before I got through to a human), I finally spoke to a customer service representative, Aisha. I was told that if it didn’t show up by Jan. 5th, they could do something.
I am not only concerned that they never intended to fulfill the promotional $20 cash card, but that there will be problems redeeming the actual gift card.
Horrible processing and customer service
I ordered almost 200 in a pj set with duster. Maneuvering their pay amd ship section was a nightmare. Finally after ordering and an hour later I thought it would be (gift) on its way. After a week and no other confirmation other than the first one saying they received my order, I begin to worry. So researching I saw the payment was never taken from my account. So I emailed them and all I was told was the order didn’t go through. Nothing from this company to inform me there was a issue ( I still don’t know why and they couldn’t give me a answer) so I reordered it then immediately called them and after being on hold for 15 minutes I was told it processed. Well again it took 4 days for them to process and take the money from my account and it still had not arrived even though I was told it should be there and if it didn’t show up by December 2 to contact them. Unbelievable. Plus when I originally ordered it it was 30 percent off. The next time 25 percent off. I will never buy from this company again. As others say their customer service is awful . And if you want it within a few weeks good luck.

I purchased some panties from Soma.com and it took forever to receive them. Got them and didn't like the quality. Sent back. It took forever for them to receive them. I finally got my refund and Soma ripped me off! The total amount that was purchased was $51.24. They refunded me $35.57. Soma shorted me $8.67. I talked with a customer service rep and told her I understood shipping label was $7.00 but where was the rest of it. She stated it was shipping and not refundable. I told her Soma was a scam and I will never buy anything ever again from them. She said they weren't a scam and legit people love them. I don't think so treating customers this way. Will tell everyone I know not to use this company!
Customer service is useless
I ordered two bras May 14. Wasn't told one of them was on backorder until *after* I bought it. It said backordered until May 24. Not terrible so it was fine. Flash forward to June 7 and it's still not shipped. My first bra came and doesn't fit so I need to ship it back. But return shipping isn't free (seriously? Most bra sites should and do offer free returns) so I might have to pay return shipping twice if the other one doesn't fit either. The return window will likely be closed by the time the other one comes so I can't just wait. I decided to reach out to customer service to see what they say. Not only did they have NO idea when I would get my bra, but also their only solution was to cancel it. Why are they selling a bra that isn't in stock and apparently won't be anytime soon in the first place? Customer service was completely unapologetic, unfriendly, and made no attempts at coming up with a good solution. Just, "we can cancel". I still want the bra?! Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.

HORRIBLE customer service. They take forever on the phone and live chat and you barely come to resolution.
I've had 2 orders cancelled on me (poor website management of inventory) and didn't find out it was cancelled until 2 weeks later and it was for a gift. I spent a lot of time on the phone for the second order trying to find a similar item in stock to have the same cancellation experience. I could understand if it was a more immediate cancellation notice but it takes so long that it creates issues with your gifts and also shows poor monitoring of your stock.
I spent a fair amount of time with customer service trying to at least have them offer me some type of discount as a measure of goodwill and they claimed they gave me 20% off but months later when I tried another order, there was no 20% and the website didn't even recognize my email address. Then I spent a very long time with the live chat trying to get my 20% off and even then, they couldn't just give me a code to get it over with. They can only apply discounts after I order so now I'll have to monitor this order to make sure they actually did what they said (if it even goes through). It's just a really unpleasant, unhelpful customer service experience. I never want to order anything from here but unfortunately, my sister likes Soma products. It's frustrating when you spend this much time trying to give them business and you end up disgruntled and without the items you wanted.
