This watch was so great, I gave my Apple Watch away.Love it

Great overall order- receiving the watch… watch and app work together well and I am happy with purchase

So far, it seems like an excellent smart watch for the price. The band was a little on the small side but it fits okay.

We had a problem with one of the watches and we were trying for hours to fix it. I decided to call and in less than 10 minutes the watch was back on. The watch is a smartwatch health 4.

I have worn the Health”3” for a few years with no problems, but decided to upgrade to the “4”. Subsequent to purchasing I received a random marketing email from Spade and Co. I took that opportunity to explain that I was having trouble setting up the language on my new “4”. Trisha forwarded my email to Kelly who emailed me specific instructions the same day. Thank you both for the excellent customer experience!

First of all, this is a terrific design and an amazing value. We have just ordered a second one.
This watch does all it claims to. The battery is long lasting and fast charging with an easy magnetic attachment.
I emailed the company because my watch face changed after a few days. I wondered if something was wrong with it. I had an immediate response from "Trisha" with repeated help until I was able to change it back to the face I wanted in settings. Turns out I must have accidentally changed it when I was learning how to use the options.
I am already getting better sleep because this watch gives me feedback which informs and motivates me.

Customer service was quick to respond to my concern. I do like the watch, but wish the protection sheet was better.

I was so grateful to call in and get my order redone and cancel and put back in. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick Turner, and he was so wonderful, outstanding, very patient. I am a first time customer to order the smartwatch for and I am so excited. Can't wait to get it. I will be doing a review on it. In a week after I get it, but I just wanna say your customer's service is outstanding. I put in a email and I got a email back. Real fast. So I will just like to say, keep up the good work and again. Thank you to Nick Turner or his time and patience.

I am very pleased with my Spade Health Watch 4. I did have an issue, however the support/customer service was great and helped me to take care of my issue.

Spade & Co were able to resolve an issue regarding an address change. After investigating the situation they decided to send a new order to the correct address. I appreciated the support from their customers service team.

I am 91 years old. I ordered my Health Smarthwatch 4 from Spade. I didn’t think I would be able to start my watch. It was easy. I ordered a new metal band . It is beautiful. I have the pink gold watch. I get many compliments. I love my watch & band. Order it you will love it also.. 💕

After first receiving my new smartwatch and knowing I made the right choice, I ordered 2 more bands. When I put one of the new bands on a 2nd time after only wearing it once, the pin broke and I was unable to wear it. In response to an email I received asking how I liked my new smartwatch, I mentioned the broken pin and asked about a replacement. They are sending me a new band at no cost. That's great customer service and I definitely will recommend Spade & Company!
