After first receiving my new smartwatch and knowing I made the right choice, I ordered 2 more bands. When I put one of the new bands on a 2nd time after only wearing it once, the pin broke and I was unable to wear it. In response to an email I received asking how I liked my new smartwatch, I mentioned the broken pin and asked about a replacement. They are sending me a new band at no cost. That's great customer service and I definitely will recommend Spade & Company!

Judy stood by me when their Power Block product was not delivered for ten days due to the USPS system.

I tried several other smart watchs along with this one to see which I preferred most. I chose this watch mainly because it actually had a face I really liked and had everything I was looking for. Not to be left out is the GREAT customer support!! Promptly answered my questions even on Sunday. I would buy from a company and recommend one that has great customer support.

Ordered for my elderly mom that lives alone. After I set things up for her, she only has to keep the battery charged. I set up walking goals so she gets a gentle reminder and a positive response when she walks. She also forgets her phone, so if she falls, she has a way of getting help.

the battery lasted long 7 days, and it tracks my sleep which is the main thing I wanted but as a full-on replacement for my apple watch it sucks. you can take calls, but you can't return texts and the syncing with my phone is almost nonexistent, so it registers two different step counts. it charges very fast so it's only off my wrist for maybe 10-15 minutes, but I get a little rash on my wrist from the band.

I don't see it being worth the OG price of $160. Going from apple to this is sub par. if I got this before my apple I wouldn't be underwhelmed. I'm not saying apple is better I just thing this brand needs to have a better syncing or relay with phones. I just want to text from my watch.

Tried to return it but I’d have to pay for return it. I don’t see how that’s a 30 day or money back guarantee is I have to pay for returns. Should’ve known not to buy a watch from this unknown website

This is a great watch for a great price. It does the same things apple, Samsung and all the other top brands.

Looking on the internet, I found the Spade watch. I found what I wanted and at a good price. The watch has many more options, than I use. However, it has what I desired. As needed, I used helpful Spade emails and You Tube videos. I love that it is waterproof, has a great main screen easy to read, and several screen options. My steps are counted, I have my essential contacts loaded, in case I need them. My heart beats, stress level, and sleeping record are great. So many other things I could do with this watch. Love my Spade.

Everything I was looking for and extended battery life. Only one exception, I cannot put blood pressure onto it???

LOVE the watch! Battery last a week or more. So much longer than the fruit competitor. Set up is super easy; the health/exercise app is amazing and you can talk, text, email as well with it. I did have one where i was not getting text notifications/messages. I received everything else. Cust Service (Jane is who i spoke with) was AMAZING! She stayed on the phone with me for a long time trouble shooting and when we could not get it working, she sent a return label and sent me a new watch! Her email communication was great as well. My new watch is on its way and I can wait to receive it. Made wearing a watch great again!

The watch was everything it said it was. I love it! Price was great too!!

I love the looks of the watch and it performs very well. BUT THE ONLY thing I do not like is the way you have to charge the watch. I keep losing the correct cable also have brought at least a dozen the of the cases and flat charging things that are suppose to work but they do not. I don't mind paying for an easier way

I got a new tracfone and I could not sync my new phone to my Spade watch. When I contacted Spade&Company I received a quick response. I was unable to connect using my email and password, but I was able to connect by signing in as a guest. Everything is working beautifully. Love my Spade watch.

I needed guidance to recharge a somewhat vintage smart watch. They took the time and asked the right questions, to determine the right app to use, and that was all it took. Problem solved.

I am now on my second watch. They sent me a new one, and now it's doing the same thing. I even took a video of it. They never asked for the first one back to analyze it. I really don't trust reviews when they clearly have a defective product. I am throwing it away and buying a Samsung watch.

Easy to view the items and very easy to order.

Watch was delivered date as promised. I love being able to see my sleep progress and my daily step count. Seeing my stress level has been eye opening, helping me discover new ways to lower that. The battery truly does last about 4 days. All in all, I'm very happy with my Spade watch purchase.

I was able to talk to a live person regarding an allergy to silicone from the watch I purchased. Trisha was friendly and sent me a website and I was able to purchase 2 bands that are nylon. Looking forward to receiving them soon.
