I'm going to be honest here, I was super sceptical about buy from this company, as the part was exceedingly cheap compared to the manufacturer & other retailers, also some reviews put me off, but believe me when I say, spares hut is absolutely genuine and gave me, without a shadow of a doubt, the best customer experience I've had in years.

1) part was three times cheaper than anywhere else,
2) they answered my email within a few hours, putting my mind at ease.
3) I ordered the part two night ago..TWO NIGHTS AGO!!!! , with free postage... all I can say is WOW!!! If that's not a 5 star service, then I don't know what is.

Don't use this company. After more than a month, no sign of my order. I think they may have gone bust - their website is down, no replies to my emails, and the phone no doesn't work.

Customer service is awful. no replies to emails, live chat or phone number. order arrived 3 weeks late and is faulty. Trying to send it back for a refund but i think i am wasting my time. Should have gone to dyson for the same part a fiver dearer! Wont be using them again.

I ordered a Dyson battery which arrived fine but discovered it was the wrong one so tried to return. Having send two emails and calling Spares Hut as well as leaving voice mails to ask how to return the product I am left with going to my credit card company as not one email was responded to as well as the voicemail.

DISASTER of a company and i would question whether they are honest or not...

Ordered & paid for a Dyson V15 in November 2023, it was an exchange deal they were offering...

Got a delivery date of around a week later between stating between 29th - 1st .. nothing arrived and no contact from them

Contacted them COUNTLESS times via their chat and their email, constantly promised they would get back to me once they had looked into it... NOTHING other than excuses that they were sorry for the delay and they would look into it further... no date, no explanation as to why no delivery, no answers, just a constant diatribe of "We are sorry that you have experienced this, I will look into this and get back to you within the next 48 hours" then silence until I messaged again and 2-3 days later I get (can you guess ?)

Utterly pathetic and I believe scammers as if you do a search on Google for Dyson Deals and hit shopping you will find a number of sites offering similar deals and ALL the websites have different domains but are virtually identical in their layout and functioning.. look for yourselves

Regarding your response to my review that you posted 5 days ago....

Further to me getting a refund from PayPal AFTER THEY presumably tried to contact you I thought you were finally in my rear view mirror, an unpleasant and unprofessional experience but no chance of that !

You contacted me and said I owed you money for something that you had not delivered... three further emails back and forth and you finally realised that you had NOT delivered the Dyson to me...

Now that was 3 weeks ago, yet 5 days ago you post this response saying that the Dyson was delivered !

Trying to look good for the readers of these reviews by chance ?

Do not be fooled by this company website it is most likely a couple of people working out of a flat it is not a professional business.
I went for an offer they advertised 24th November and filled in the required form as requested with all information needed. I got a generic automated email which everyone probably gets with a standard delivery time which is basically rubbish estimated time Thursday, 30 Nov–Monday, 4 Dec. I emailed 6th Dec asking what was happening as it involved an exchange I would need a specific date time to be in, I got a response telling me I should have got that when I submitted the form (I did not get this after filling the form) they asked if I filled the form in (surely they could check this?) the email had no signature just text and no name and ended with allow me a few minutes to check this for you. I replied with a copy of the form and when I sent it but never got a response so waited and then sent another email on 8th Dec saying that it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received a date. I later raised a dispute with PayPal I then got an email response on 12 December with an apology saying they had been very busy over the last few weeks please wait while I check your order. I responded asking why their phone number doesn't work and that I had escalated to PayPal for a refund. I've now received my refund from PayPal as they never got a response from the company surprise surprise.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

This company has had the cheek to send me an invoice for the refund I received from PayPal as apparently I received the Dyson. I haven’t received it and it was an exchange so surely they should have my old Dyson if I have exchanged it? I’m still using the old Dyson that was going to be used for the exchange which they had pictures of! More proof that this company is completely incompetent AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My item was delivered on time, so this was not a problem. However, when the item became faulty within the guarantee period, obtaining replacement via this company has so far proven to be impossible. Emails were initially answered and an agreement was made to replace the item. However, now (like others below) I get no response to any attempts to further enquire as to the whereabouts of my replacement. They don’t answer the telephone, and they no longer respond to my emails. I assume therefore that my replacement item will not be forthcoming. I still await a response to my third email. The ball is in their court.

Stay clear of this company it has completely false information regarding the courier service you are offered and what you get whether you pay extra like me and upgrade to next day delivery or not I imagine. They do not use dpd next they use Evri. Expect to be refunded your extra payment you make once you complain and wait 4 days for your item. Not good at all feel scammed I must say. I will be taking my custom to a more honest company in the future.

Dreadful. I haven't received my order. I've emailed and emailed and they're ignoring me. They initially replied saying they'll look into it. Nothing came of it and now I'm being ignored. Over a month has passed and they've got my money and I haven't got my order. There's no tracking. I'm so disappointed. There's no way I'd order from Spares Hut again and I do not recommend them at all.
The only means of contact is via email and they're ignored. There's no other way to contact them. Dreadful service!
EDIT 30.12 - They replied asking me to contact them, which I did immediately. Guess what? I'm still waiting for a response!

If I could give no stars, I would. I placed an order back in October but didn't receive the item and chased several times. The phone number on the contact page doesn't work so the only way to communicate is through their 'live chat' which they rarely respond to. I eventually found out that my order was cancelled but they didn't bother to let me know. I was told I was going to receive a full refund, but I am still waiting.....

#HUT4113 ordered a Aqua optima water dispenser on OCT 18, 2023. No item was delivered been messaging got replied once and t hey said it was lost in transit. They said they will send me another item and will be delivered before December 4. No item was delivered until now. Been messaging them everyday but no more replies from them. So avoid this website, I have been scammed and lost £109.00.

Ordered a V15 Dyson exchange. No tracking number, no replies to email, no reply to live chat, Phone number does not work. Was going through paypal to get a refund but it turned up out the blue totally unexpected 2 weeks late. It was a model that had been imported from an Arab country as the box was all Arabic writing but a V15 nonetheless.

Order placed for a Dyson battery on the 23rd November with anticipated delivery date before the 4th December 2023.

Progress of order not updated on the sellers website.

I tried to contact the seller and get an update with zero success as they don’t respond and their customer phone number disconnects.

Obviously something has gone wrong as previous reviews were positive.

Reported to PayPal for a refund.

Based on my personal experiences I would advise caution if you want to use this seller at this time.

Response received here on Trust Pilot from the seller asking for me to contact them so that they can resolve my outstanding order issues.
As I have previously emailed the seller directly 4 times and chatted on their app. on numerous occasions and have been either ignored or have received empty promises that my order will be dispatched on such a such date/or that they will look into the order for me (but they never follow through on their promises), I will cut my losses and not waste any more time with this seller.

Ordered a Nvidia Shield Android TV Pro from this company. No delivery or Tracking . No response to emails. This company is clearly fundamentally dishonest and I have reported them to PayPal to get a refund. My advice is to avoid them. I see from many other 1 star reviews that others have suffered similarly. I hope PayPal get the message about this company.

Update 19/12/23 Unbelievable - the "company" has asked me to contact them when all previous attempts have been met with stoney silence. Luckily I have heard from PayPal who have found in my favour and refunded my money. Advice as before -Never use this company

If I could, I would give no stars. Do not use this company it is a scam! Now reading reviews it looks as though I’m not the only one! I ordered a replacement head for my Dyson on 9/11 - estimated delivery on the 15-17th guess what no sign of it. Telephone number doesn’t work. Email, I’ve had a response saying that someone will look into it and get back to me on Monday - guess what no response - no tracking number - no hoover head. I await help from PayPal. Save your self time and money - do not use!

they have not refuded me nor contacted me so tommoro paypall will refund me 7th dec . do not use this company they are scammers be aware.if youve paid using paypall get them to get refund open a dispitue if not contact bank use charge bk visa they will get your money bk for fake goods , goods not arrived and refunds dont let spares hut get away with it . i will fight now to make sure paypall withdraws there services from this disgracefull company 7th dec paypall had to refund me as spares hut were stealing from me i will keep onto paypall to withdraw there banking with them robbers
