Great service. Would be better if they meet and greeters had Star parking clothing or hi-vis. stood for ages waiting to meet someone. he was also there waiting for me but as he didn't have any Star Parking logos I didn't realise who he was.

This is only a minor thing to make the service better. other than that it was excellent service. staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely be using you again.

Star parking gave me great service the first time I used them, which was last year. The service itself is very useful as it is so convenient. They have also given me a good price in my recent dealings with them.

We have used Starparking several times and can honestly say that they have never disappointed us. Our vehicle is collected promptly from the departure area and is returned as soon as we've collected our luggage. The staff are friendly and courteous and I'm sure we will continue to use this company whenever we fly from Heathrow.

Very good service. Drivers polite and on time. I use the service weekly.

The service levels I get with Star Parking are generally excellent - though there are times when I have had to wait for the car to be delivered.
My only comments would be to how dirty the car comes back sometimes - it has clearly been left under the local pigeon's favorite tree - and the fact that I have to tell you when the plane is on the ground rather than you already knowing this and having the car ready at the terminal.

But other than that - everyone is always both friendley and couteous - which is why I keep using the service.

Always friendly, decent prices and they have always been waiting for me when I leave the car with them. Similarly I don't have to wait too long to get the car back. Good Service

I have been a customer of Star Parking for over ten years and never in my wildest dreams would I have expected to have been treated with such contempt as what I received on Monday, May 19th, 2014.

Star parking have in their possesion a letter from my GP stating that I am an Asthma sufferer ans subsequently cannot use enclosed car parks because of the fumes plus I have restricted mobility because of a bad back.

With this knowledge in hand one would have expected that the arrangement in place for me when I return to T3 would have been upheld, However the opposite applied when I called to say I would be outside in ten minutes. What ensued left me breathless and extremely annoyed.

The operator who took my called, some guy called "Prince" was beligerent, arrogant and outright rude to me and insisted that I walk all the way to T3 car park. Despite my effort to explain my circumstances and the long term arrangement he spoke to me as if I were some sort of imbecile and seemed to forget the Ethos of customer relations.

It is unclear to me where this individual was recruited from but if I were to receive a complaint of this nature about one of my employees he would be going through the door post haste with his P45 in hand.

Simone who knows me for some time always endeavours to make sure everything goes well but unfortunately her gallant efforts fall flat when she is let down by phone
operators such as what I have described above.

After complaining to Simone on the afternoon in question, I was promised I would receive both a verbal and written apology. Alas typically this has not happened.

I trust my comments will be analysed and expect to hear some feedback post haste.

Simplistic booking process, able to drop car outside departure, pick up very smooth, well mannered personnel on time with efficient paperwork. Of course we plan to use this again. Highly recommended.
