Ni är det sämsta AB i Sverige! Bara så ni vet men detta vet ni säkert redan. jag parkerade utanför Talenom redovisningsprinciper i klåva för att lämna in min deklaration ca 13 min, fick böter, ni är så snabba o duktiga på att sno pengar ifrån oss öbor, stick härifrån och kom inte tebaks tack.

We just parked our car with Star Parking in Heathrow for a week and it was excellent service. Great communication, met us with ease even when we had flight delays. Will definitely use them again.

Days after we parked with Star parking we received a penalty parking notice from "Parkmaven" covering Holiday Inn Heathrow. I tried contacting Star parking on 5 separate occasions before I was able to reach someone who said the PCN was in error and would be cancelled. I asked for proof it had been cancelled but nothing was forthcoming. Wont use them again

We got a great price from a company with a great reputation (They are on BA website as a partner).
We had a medical issue on holiday, but they promptly answered my questions via WhatsApp and arranged to keep my car for an extra 4 days.
Fantastic service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Very simple service to use and great customer support. Had some difficulties with the recent power outage at Heathrow but they were very helpful in keeping my car stored and brought to the terminal when I finally arrived

Used star parking recently which also happened to be at the time of the Heathrow fire.
Flew in and out of different terminals which was handled well with messages from star parking. Would use again and will be doing.

Driver was punctual so did not have to wait on departure as well as on arrival, and communication was amazing too.

Parked using Meet And Greet from Saturday to Tuesday. Changed the return arrival time three hours ahead, which was no problem. Our car was returned promptly after the phone call with our bags.
Due to some miscommunication, our car parking was not paid for by the delivering driver and we were incorrectly obliged to pay on exit from the car park.
However, after a couple of emails the error was acknowledged and car park fee was refunded to us.
Happy with the service.

Used Star parking for two weeks at Heathrow. They were waiting for me when I arrived using the clear directions given.

When inputting the return date I put the date of the flight which actually arrived the day after into Heathrow which meant I had not booked long enough. Upon arrival the driver met me on time and I was told I owed a £20 late arrival fee. Touché! I only had 20CAD cash so handed it over.

I noticed damage to my driver side alloy which had been curbed twice. He advised me to send pictures to the admin team.

It took a few days to locate a local garage that could repair the alloy but I have now booked it in and they swiftly sent the cost of the invoice to my account.

Overall a punctual, good value service, soured by the damaged alloy, however they were swift to accept fault and subsequently resolve the issue.

The first time I used star parking they were really helpful and the service is brilliant - it works really well for me so I have used them many times. They are always my first choice for airport parking

5* all the way, Amazing service will never use any other carpark service again. Thanks again Starparking.

40 minute wait for the car on a Sunday evening (we were the only customers) and £7.50 additional charge to pay when exiting the barrier to top it off…

I’m not a Bot, I’m not employed by Star Parking nor related to any employees: This Company provides the best ‘meet n greet’ service at Heathrow Airport. The check-in is smoothless and the pickup - they say 15 minutes and they’re always there within that time. I arrived an hour early on Monday - they still got to me within 10 minutes. Great Company- really friendly Drivers.

Drop off and pick up really quick and efficient. Even when our car was slightly damaged on return, the repair process was handled very professionally with excellent communication throughout. Will use again.
