Everything went really well with setting up the policy, why would it not they were taking the money. The issue started when my wife blacked out at the beginning of our holiday and was admitted to hospital, a claim was submitted for flights we were unable to take, sounds like an easy one but unfortunately after 6 months after numerous calls being put pillar to post they have still have not had the decency to call us back after promising to do so.

Very easy to use

The guy who answered my call not listening to my answers properly, and was IMO rude and belittling.
I felt under pressure through out the call and was going to put the phone down on three occasions, I even told him I was going to on one occasion.
In the end I knew it would be high with this guy but I didn't think it would increase by 100%

I recently had to speak to one of your phone consultants, Idris (over a couple of days) because of some difficulties with two policies for my wife and I that involved some complication. His call handling was excellent he was very patient and resolved the issues. He is a great ambassador for Staysure.

Reasonably easy to navigate the site.

Applying and obtaining insurance was straightforward and easy. My review does not include any claim which, hopefully, I will not need to make.

Easy website (I hate doing things online)s, only suggestion I have is there is no where for comments e.g. my DVT was 24 years ago and it only happened as they plastered my leg by mistake as it wasn't actually broken.
There should it be relevant, I have ticked DVT just to be sure, but maybe it wasn't needed. Otherwise great quote and was recommended to me by my friend who uses your company every year. Thankyou

They don’t cover existing medical issues p. If they did then they would have insured m6 wife who was diagnosed with terminal cancer last December

Talk about weaponized incompetence. Be prepared to be transferred again and again. Took me 6 hours to get a hold of someone that could tell me what ER I could go to that would be covered.

Now I've been fighting for three months to get them to pay the bill. I can't even find someone that will take responsibility for my policy. Meanwhile the bill is about to go to collections. I'm afraid this will end with me having to take them to small claims court and my credit getting wrecked. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased my Insurance from this company as was very useful knowing that I was able to declare a health issue I now have since falling and fracturing my ankle whilst visiting the uk. So well taken care of , and being honest and straightforward being able to talk to a human. Used them again this year.

The entry of information is relatively straightforward.
The cover is not straightforward and must be carefully investigated.
The prices are high.
