I used StorageAuctions.com for six storage-unit auctions, and my experience became increasingly frustrating and concerning. First the manager "Phil "who he says nis the highest employee and when he had a really bad attitude and was trying to make me feel stupid like i can't read, but he was very unopened to any resolve at all. They are quick to cancel and ban their bidder but let us get scammed and they don't care. They're Probably the scammer/hacker.

One of the units I purchased did not exist or was not available as advertised. I called and sent at least three messages through the website’s message center trying to resolve the problem. Nobody returned my messages or called me back. I eventually reached someone by phone and was told a refund had been approved, but I was left checking my bank account without receiving clear written confirmation or an explanation.

I also experienced confusing auction fees and charges that were not properly explained to me. On another transaction, I paid approximately $61.50 in fees and was not given a clear breakdown of what I was paying for. Another low-priced unit ended up costing far more after fees and an additional $100 cleaning-related charge.

When I contacted support, I spoke with a manager named Phil. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve my concerns. Instead of addressing the missing unit, unanswered messages, disputed charges, and account problems, the company refunded approximately $66 and closed my account.

Even after I received an email stating that my account had been deactivated, I continued receiving account-related emails and was apparently still able to access an account containing my name, personal information, and saved debit-card details. That raises serious concerns about how customer accounts and payment information are handled after an account is supposedly closed.

I am asking for a complete written explanation of every fee, confirmation that all disputed amounts have been refunded, and written confirmation that my account and stored payment information have been permanently removed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. l would give a negative star believe me i would.

Picture showed tvs and big boxes of tvs. It was mostly empty for being a big unit. Won the bid and when I went to claim it the owner of panther storage opened it and I could see the empty boxes and he goes I wonder why anyone would store empty boxes for. There was dead carcass from a rat or big mouse fur and bones only. Spiders galore. Bags and boxes of nothing but straight trash. I couldn't believe it. All they wanted was someone to pay them to haul their trash off. Never never use such sites at this one. And the company stands up for the scamming fraudster storage owner. Not a trustworthy business that's for sure. Don't bid unless you see in person. It's strange as well that there were three or four boxes of personal pictures etc. But for the most part unit was empty for how big it was. Who would remove all the good stuff furniture etc that they own and leave all their personal pics and papers. No one would. They would all be in there along with all the units items. Beware

If an auction doesn't go for what the seller thinks it should, it's cancelled every time. Total rip off and a massive waste of time. Just go in person and avoid this awful site.

Told them the storage company on West Hill in Louisville KY was reselling picked threw storages and they laughed at me my uncle bought one was all trash he left it they reorganized it and sold it for 170$ I got 2 today for around 500$ and it was all trash and they done care buyer beware they are not even a bbb accredited business and on top of that they got rats bad

Customer Service is terrible and Quick to block u .I never received my money back from this company

Go to in person auctions and do not get scammed by these people.

Everytime the auction come near the end it gets cancelled..have been done this way several times..and seen where he has done this on several occasions.jamie sucks..scammer

This was my first time using storage auctions, it was very easy and and efficient.
Right after I won the offer they sent me a confirmation and an invoice which I used when I got to the Storage to claim the units. The same paper work that SA sent me, was already sent to the store. I cleaned up the two units I bought in about 24 hours and I was very happy because the units looked the same as they were in the pictures.

Working with StorageAuctions.com has been seemless and intuitive for our business. I would recommend them to anyone looking to list self-storage auctions. My contact, Donna is amazing and super helpful.

Cleaned a few trash piles. Won an auction but the facility told me it was canceled after I'm in tandem with a trailer. Chased my refund a week later and my account deactivated after I asked. Nobody answers the phone no messages replied as to why . Seems to unprofessional to be legit my opinion

Charged $27 and told storage unit had been paid for hours before I won the auction. They left an auction online that was no longer eligible for auction. No customer support on a weekend so I have to wait days to get this resolved. 1st and last time I use them. Very suspicious all around manager of storage company said he knows the website people and other suspicious comments leaving me wondering if this website has been knowingly taking advantage of it's subscribers.
