Some tutors do not stand on the services they advertise and some take a while to respond.

I received a request for a student and set up an appointment with the parent and student.
The student and I immediately bonded and we are having a great time working side by side on lessons.

Big shout out to Superprof! Since joining, my visibility has skyrocketed. They’ve done a fantastic job referring students to me who are actually looking for my specific expertise. It’s easily the most effective platform I’ve used for connecting with my target audience. 10/10 recommend for any tutor starting out or looking to expand.

Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the very first meeting, she made both me and my niece feel comfortable and confident.
What I truly appreciate is how she takes the time to explain her teaching approach clearly and thoughtfully. She understands how to make lessons educational while still keeping them engaging and enjoyable for a child. Her experience truly shows in the way she communicates and connects.

I tried to find a singing instructor. The first lesson was not free, you get charged $49 for just using the site. The instructor ad turned out to be fake, this person does not exists. I was offered online lessons which I didn't want. Looks like a scam, be ready to lose money.

Superprof is a well-structured platform for tutors to connect with motivated students. It’s easy to set up a profile, manage lessons, and communicate clearly. A supportive space for independent educators like me.

Superprof has many options for tutors. Also very helpful when the first tutor I requested declined my request. The only thing that was disappointing is that there are no tutors in my area for in person lessons.

For the mot part it does what it says it does, and there are some very qualified tutors on there.

The website, though, is very frustrating to use. It consistently shows you people way outside of the parameters you filtered for, and it's really easy to lose your search altogether and have to start again.

3 jours avant la fin de mon abonnement, j’ étais incapable de me connecter à mon compte, c’était toujours indiqué « Oups, an error has occurred ». J’ai donc dû annuler ma carte de crédit pour éviter de payer le 49$ du prochain mois.

Literally, I just created an account and place my Ads, traffic came in on it own. Although I am seeing less traffic now but at least I am grateful for a platform like this
