Nice opportunity to have an interview

I didn't give a lesson, but I had a wonderful interview and it was a pleasure to talk about my work. I think Superprof is a very good initiative to offer tutoring in fields of an expertisse. I hope I will have the opportunity to tutor someone in Latino Amercan Literature.

Superprof has been kind enough to allow me to go through and reach out to its language tutors in regards to a survey for my start-up I'm conducting. From what I can see, there's a huge array of tutors who all extremely passionate and talented at what they do. I've spoken to a few language tutors and each have been very knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and all around nice people. The functionality of Superprof is super easy to get the hang of as well. 5/5.

The user experience could use a bit of smoothing out but otherwise a great platform for connecting students and education providers.

It would be nice to get more students and maybe some advertising directed towards teachers in New Zealand.

Great way to get additional help, and you can see what price the person is wanting per hour for there time.

What Superprof offers an easy to use service with very useful and practical features. Superprof makes it easy to become a casual tutor. But in the short time I have used Superprof I have had problems with a student being charged for cancelled lessons and not being payed even though it says I have. That being said, when these things happened it is easy to contact Superprof for help and they are quick to respond and fix the problem.

I thought I was applying for a job, rather than joining a tutoring service.
Information on the rules governing the use of Superprof was hard to find when I eventually had an interested student. That said, we connected ok and had a good lesson (using Zoom and IDroo).

Does what it says on the box. Wonderfully effective.

The interface is really good, linking messages to text notifications via phone. However, there seems to be a missing message by a student that was only able to see it after sending out a problem report. Also, couldn't figure out the payment system and couldn't use the platform for the record.

I was trying to find a tutor and came across this site and i'm so glad I did! Communication/contact is quick and I found a lovely English tutor, Cameron, on Superprof NZ who fits my son's personality and needs perfectly and I cannot wait to see my son's confidence in English grow and hopefully that will reflect in his grades in time.

Offering the first lesson for free is a great incentive for both parties. That initial meeting is good to spark up a rapport between tutor and student and get a suitable plan together moving forward. The option of the tutor coming to your house is also great as it means your child can remain in his/her own environment where they feel comfortable.

I would have no hesitation in referring friends/family to use this site, just need more tutors to jump on board!
