Just wanted to pop on here and right a review about a guy who picked me up from the side of a busy 60mph road when my car broke down a few weeks ago and I was walking along the road. I never got his name but he said he was from Ipswich. (This was down in Tidworth) thank you so much. You are a kind person to humanity to all the people that didn’t stop for me :)

Worcester Branch: I've had two long term hire vehicles…
Have had two long term hire vehicles from Worcester since the new year.
Both were handled brilliantly by the team at Worcester and they've been great to chat to about options etc.
The handover for the second vehicle was completed by Neil, and he was top notch, with great detail and explanations.
Great service by all, and will continue to use so long as I have the need.

Me and my husband had been told there…
Me and my husband had been told there was very little chance of a courtesy car, due to it being the end of the week, and the ensuing weekend, by another car rental company. We were devastated because he has to attend Dialysis Monday and Friday and has to be there for 6.30am. This would have been a taxi each way costing £20 each trip. Well, that's three bottles of wine! But, Switch saved the day. I answered a call from Gemma, who told me they had a Golf, or two Cupras. We would take a Lego car if it got us from A to B. ( As long as it was in red) Gemma and her team, Dave and Saphron delivered the Cupra to our home within 20 mins. Extremely friendly people, and have a sense of humour. What a pleasure to deal with people who do something in the time frame they quote. All my details taken with no fuss, and in minutes, such an easy process. Thank you for your help, thank you for being human, it was a pleasure meeting and dealing with you all today.

Came into Dudley Branch and what a great experience from start to finish, the young man who showed me around the car was nothing but professional friendly and a great credit to your team!
Upon returning the vehicle I was welcomed by him again, and he offered us water which in this heat is a life saver.

The level of customer service was outstanding
The level of customer service was outstanding.
I have a Motability vehicle which was off the road, the RAC said it would take 4/5 days to get a car from Switch (their provider of rentals). When contacting switch myself I had the car delivered within 2hours.
I was delayed returning the car by one day due to RAC leaving my car with no fuel. Switch again provided the solution.
Excellent vehicle, immaculate inside and out.
Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Great staff and fast delivery.
We had our hire car (via motorbility) dropped off to our door by Stuart and I have to say his professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic, he took his time to explain all of the features of the vehicle as well how to get in touch should we have any issues. Thank you Stuart and keep up the good work. I would also like to thank the customer care team that kept us fully informed and up to date with relevant delivery times and details regarding our vehicle.
