Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was poor, staff were unhelpful, and the whole process was far more stressful than it should have been. The vehicle and overall service did not meet expectations, and customer care was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again. There are far better car rental options available

I collect vehicles from here on a…
I collect vehicles from here on a regular basis and the staff are usually very helpful and accommodating to our needs, But not on this occasion, i turned up half hour early which has never been an issue in the past as that's just how public transport works to Catterick. To be met by ROB, who was Rude, Arrogant and Unhelpful, He clearly needs to learn some People Skills and be given some Customer service skills training, A very poor performance from this individual and not a good representation of Switch.

Great staff make a difference.
The car was easy to drive, it was well presented, it was economical, and it was practically brand new.
The best thing about the car rental was the staff at Switch, Taunton. They were very friendly, extremely helpful and hugely efficient. I'd recommend the company to anyone. I couldn't be happier. The service was the best I've encountered. First rate.

Switch are a backwards step…
Switch have become the courtesy car provider for my lease company and this was a backwards step. I've needed several cars as a result of endless faults with my new Citroen EV. Every car from Switch as been unacceptable. Last time the BMW provided stank of smoke and had no room for my wheelchair. It was grimm. It was then replaced with a minibus which isn't appropriate. This time the Peugeot 5008 is absolutely full of dog hair and stinks like a kennel. The blowers also don't work so I can't demist the windscreen. I've been back today and they can't sort it. That's clearly what Switch provide. I'll have a temporary diesel car untill they get their act together. I'm sick of it and personally wouldn't touch Switch with a barge pole. Every mess up by them costs me time. The manager tries to help but can't make good the deep flaws in this company's lack of quality. Nightmare!

We desperately needed a car as ours was…
We desperately needed a car as ours was under going work in the garage. We had a family event this particular weekend and holiday booked, so we needed a big enough car for a family of 5 to get us to the airport and we needed it straight away. A lovely staff member called Rosie from one of the Swansea branches helped us above and beyond. She was so friendly and did her utmost to get what we needed for us. We are so grateful to her.

The service I have received from the Worcester Branch has always been exemplary and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are friendly and professional. Great Service and Experience
I had an issue with another rental firm, and within 24hrs the member of staff that dealt with me (Andzelika), helped me secure a rental of a van. I cannot thank her enough and the other staff at Salisbury.
will definitely use this firm again just based on this experience and the ease of returning the van at a different location

Antisocial behaviour from South Croydon Switch
Why are Switch South Croydon storing their fleet of new minted Peugeot Partner vans in residential streets close to their base? What's wrong with using their own premises for their vehicles? Today they offloaded a load of these vans from a vehicle transporter on Upper Selsdon Road Croydon, distributing them on local roads. I see they parked 4 vans all together at the junction of Elmfield Way and Ewhurst Avenue.
It's all very well responding and saying you'll move them but they shouldn't be there in the first place. you should use your premises to park your business assets IE your vans
