The software is easy to use yet feature rich. What really makes Talent LMS stand out is the excellent customer service and support.

Staff response is timely, concise and very helpful in answering any questions.

I really enjoyed my free trial of TalentLMS.
Not only was there a friendly and easy to use customer/user interface, but the support staff were really helpful in checking in and providing assistance where I needed it. In addition, I appreciated the ability to personalize my account and learn through trial and error.

Great value for the cost.
Clean look and easy to administer.
Many feature that are much more expensive with other LMS.
Can only do max. 600 MB video files, but not an issue if you use Vimeo or Youtube and embed your videos from these or other sources in TalentLMS.

I have had trouble uploading PowerPoints with audio embedded. The support I got in trying to figure it out was pretty pathetic. I still have not been able to figure it out and will now miss a committed launch date of my course. I am disappointed that the support was so lackluster.

Simple, intuitive and highly customizable. Works well on mobile devices directly from browser.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had especially when we are a paying customer. We found a bug in their single sign-on platform but they won’t even take phone call or a screen share with us to see it first hand. Their support people are too entitled and spent 20 times the amount of effort to tell you they don’t care to get on the phone with you then it would resolve an issue. Run from this company!

Update: Their trust pilot response is bogus and the issue is a known bug in their single sign-on which they don’t want to fix.

I tried out the free version. It was pretty good. But the support was lousy. My first request was answered timely, but a request I made after that was never responded to. I tried to get someone to respond at least 3 times but no one ever did. Very disappointed.

I love TalentLMS! However, your prices have almost doubled which make it challenging when I have low enrollment. Thus, I have raised my price and need at least 10-15 students to make a profit in order to join starter for one year.

I really like the platform, but it would be of great benefit if some of the options from larger plans could be chosen "ala carte". For example, my organization is just starting out with the service and is in the process of building a base of users. It would be great to offer them Single Sign-On (SSO) initially to give the site a professional and straightforward user experience; however, we won't be able to use that until we have a need for nearly twice the users we have now. By making SSO an add-on purchase option, we could customize our experience and build our learning brand faster and more professionally. It would be nice if most (or even more) of the options were like this.

I'm a relatively new user but I do not find some of the sections particularly intuitive - particularly setting up the test questions.

TalentLms is great!! So easy to understand. Wouldn't choose any other app to host my learning center. For that I give Talentlms 5 stars.

Frustrating to be unable to manage formatting in the system

Needs some basics like clear formatting ability so course creators don’t have to jump through hoops

We are new users but so far have been very impressed with the software capabilities, the cost, and the customer service!

The multiple choice feature needs more adjustment. Currently one allows one single message for any choice selected. Should allow separate messages for all of the choices presented.
