I enjoyed working on TALENTLMS. There were lots of options that were not available such as, embedding videos, uploading photos. Reaching out for help was an issue for me, in regards to my time. I am certain that I needed more training and usage with the program. I also needed help with creating test.

Pro: There is so much stuff to use and to customize.
Con:To add five people is not enough for my staff and for they to train my staff. I have to delete the member and add the new staff member I hate doing that is a wast of my time and I don't want to pay $59 / month is annoying and a wast of money.

Has everything we need in a LMS program. Our learners are entry level to entrepreneurs and we needed a platform that was easy to navigate and had everything built in create from startup.

xAPI only for eLearning courses through authoring tools
One of the biggest reasons I selected TalentLMS was because it advertised its xAPI functionality so much. I thought this meant it would have used xAPI for any and all activities (taking a quiz, accessing a page, etc.). After I connected my LRS and enabled it within TalentLMS, I realized no statements were being generated. After some back and forth with support, they told me that xAPI statements are only sent for eLearning courses built using Tin Can/xAPI. This was not quite what I signed up for. As someone who is very interested in xAPI and learning record stores, this was the biggest reason I chose TalentLMS so I was sorely disappointed.
As for the rest of TalentLMS: The interface itself is modern and easy to use. Learners had no issues accessing the material or knowing what to do. I like the ability to add questions along with videos to ensure they watch it (and they cannot just skip over it). Adding content is intuitive and easy. I did not explore the gamification or certificates, but I'd love to try those out in the future.

Most Unfortunate
Unfortunately I am unsatisfied with how Talent LMS provides its customer service. While the information was helpful, my answer was sent via email several hours or a day later. This caused me to lose a client because I couldn't respond to issues in a timely manner.
The training videos appeared to be an older version of the platform and did not depict the current version that I was working with. I had high hopes for Talent LMS as it was priced right but the system was not intuitive enough to learn independently of customer service. Unfortunately I will not be referring Talent LMS to anyone.
