Don’t have anything to do with this company they are horrendous to deal with. Take several days to reply to each message and just going round in circles with nothing achieved. They are impossible to deal with and they have conned me out of £80!!!

£1 intro, then £39.99 renewal with no refund. This is a scam.
I signed up on a £1 offer. A year later they auto-renewed me for £39.99. I cancelled on the renewal day itself, before using anything in the new term, and they refused a refund. Customer service only offered £11 back, and the figure they gave didn't even add up. They also refused to cancel the membership early, so it runs until 2027 whether I want it or not. Their terms say no refunds once a renewal goes through, so read the small print and set a reminder to cancel well before the date. I won't be using them again.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the renewal. When creating a membership, we provide all the details about a membership length, cost of initial sign up, and future renewal information. We send a confirmation email immediately after signing up, all our emails have information about how to contact us. If you haven’t cancelled the membership, or been in touch with our Customer Service Team prior to the renewal date, as we have processed the payment in line with the terms that you agree to when you signed up with us.

I asked for a physical Tastecard and the very efficient assistant put that in process and I am expecting it through the post soon.
