I made my order with Tastily about 3 weeks ago.

First of all, disreguarding all of the issues that I've had due to the alleged "teething issues" that they claim to be experiencing lately, which includes me having to contact customer support in order to be able to log in, me being charged twice for a single order, or my orders not showing on their webpage at all, the main point of frustraition is that I have still yet to have any of my order delivered at all.

As willingly helpful as their customer service seems to be, it seems as though there's very little they can do if anything at all to ensure that any food is successfully delivered to your door as on numerous attempts, (4 or 5 in total), they've failed to deliver Every Single Time. For a delivery service of any kind, this is unacceptable!

Ontop of that, I finally cancelled my order this week after they failed to deliver yet again and requested a full refund, which has gracefully been accepted, however I'm still waiting around for it.

Needless to say, this company has left me feeling dissapointed, stressed, frustrated and very very hungry/empty with with nothing to eat.

Despite the recent teething problems with their website customer service were prompt in correcting problems. Food is great and so easy. Not a fan of the breakfast skillet. Unnecessary and not comparable with the quality of the other dishes

Delicious dinners every day. Love always having a couple delicious meals in the fridge. So when I dont have time to cook I can have something Haute Cuisine for lunch or dinner by simply heating it up. For me taste is most important, but what a nice extra win that its healthy and fresh! There are many cuisines to choose from!

Easy ordering. Deliveries tracked. Recyclable packaging. 4 minutes to heat their chef prepared tasty goodness. Made it part of the family routine about 8 months ago, haven’t looked back. Would recommend to anyone who’ll listen 😂!

It didn't turn up at all!! And no-one contacted me at all either to at least let me know there was a problem!!

The food is brilliant.
But the delivery service (DPD) is really unreliable. It can be very late at times.

It has been a bit of a nightmare with the new website. I still did not get the dishes wanted even though has been exchanging emails with customer service. The customer portal does not show what you ordered and also did not save what I have changed.

Tastily continue to provide great tasting, interesting and convenient meals. Well balanced, healthy ready made meals delivered on time

Bad communication, keep charging me without my permission and without delivery.

Do not use this food company. Can’t cancel subscription. You can’t even remove your bank details to stop your subscription because you have to email them and then they don’t reply to emails. The phone line disconnects when you try calling them. They are essentially fraudulent. Do not use.

Absolutely delicious meals!! The best I have ever had from a ready meal company

Just received my second box from tastily and I'm very impressed again the meals are good sized portions very filling and the flavours are amazing you can tell how much care goes into each one with the mix of herbs and spices blending lovely I highly recommend this company if you short on time and don't have chance to cook from scratch but still want to eat healthy tasty food at reasonable prices then this is the one to choose

The meals are fresh and tasty. The only downside is not too many peanut free vegan options - but that’s not to say they have few options! There’s tonnes to choose from. Really great for those afternoons when you run out of time to make dinner but want something healthy and delicious.

The most delicious and filling ready prep meals I have ever had. Simple app service too! Going to stick with this one for a while. 5 stars from me!

Used tastily for a couple of months and the meals were really good. Circumstances changed and when I contacted customer services to cancel my subscription by email, they replied straight away and refunded my next box. Would recommend

Really pleased I gave this a try. Exceptional levels of customer service - they couldn’t provide one of the large meals I’d ordered so sent two regular ones of the same type instead. (Meaning I ended up with about 3/4 more food, free of charge) Following that they even emailed to explain how to work out the calories etc as the portion size from eating two would be much bigger.

Companies I’ve used in the past would just refund or credit the missing meal, leaving me a meal short for the week.

They also taste fantastic and are quite well priced given then large amount of protein. The only improvement I’d like to see is a wider choice of delivery days. I’d love to be able to select a Monday for example so that I have the weeks meals turning up on day one. Or even choose a day I know I’ll be home the following week. That’s personal preference though and certainly won’t put me off ordering. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

I’ve been ripped off in my time but this is another level, my 5 year old niece could cook better meals than this, I can’t even begin to describe how terrible it is
