Hostile customer service
Hostile customer service. They wrongfully billed me twice. The second time was after I had cancelled the subscription which they refused to acknowledge. Their initial reaction was to accuse me of fraud. Now I’ve got to change my credit card number.
Avoid these people.

Team Covenant sadly tries to con their customers, ignoring customer rights.
Ordered an international delivery from their website. When my order was displaced and never found, I contacted TC to claim a refund or replacement according to customer protection rights when buying products online with a credit card. Unfortunately TC did not find these international regulations to apply to them and told me nothing could be done as I had agreed to their terms (which went against customer protection rights). I tried to point out that I was in fact protected by said customer protection rights, but was told off again. Having no other option and being ignored by TC, I was forced to go through official jurisdiction channels, through my bank, through visa, which in the end found my claim true and transferred back my money. Afterwards TC even changed their practice regarding international orders, demanding international customers to pay for insured shipping (which is definitely ok as a business model) which in fact just makes the customer pay for their insurance (we are already protected by customer protection rights) . Oh and, yeah, me as a customer was banned from their webshop as a thank you. Apparently this is the way Team Covenant operates - if you do not want to give up your customer rights - get banned...

Good stuff. Terrible international shipping.
Admittedly they have lovely stuff but be aware, for international orders, while it says 'All orders ship within one business day' and on their website if you pay the significantly extra amount for 'Priority Mail International® (6 - 10 business days)' it can still take up to a month for the items to get to you, in my experience. Customer service just says 'Sadly there is not much to be done with a shipping delay, as those things are out of our hands once we mail them.' Caveat Emptor.
